American Express Terms & Conditions: A minimum of 2,000 Membership Rewards points, (1,998 Membership Rewards points for Business Ascent) must be redeemed for Velocity Points at any one time and must be in increments of 2 Membership Rewards points (3 Membership Rewards points for Business Ascent) during the Promotion Period and must be in whole numbers. For full details on points transfers, including eligibility criteria, minimum points transfer requirements, applicable conversion rate see the American Express Membership Rewards Program Terms and Conditions. The earning and redemption of Membership Rewards points is subject to the Terms and Conditions of the American Express Membership Rewards Program. The redemption of Membership Rewards points will be administered solely by American Express and will take up to 1 business day to transfer into your Velocity account and is subject to the Terms and Conditions of the American Express Membership Rewards Program in which you are enrolled. Once the Membership Rewards points have been redeemed for Velocity Points, they are governed by the Velocity membership Terms and Conditions and cannot be reversed. Transferred Velocity Points will take up to 1 business day to be available in your Velocity Account. 

ANZ Rewards Program Terms & Conditions: The redemption of ANZ Reward Points will be administered solely by ANZ Rewards and can take up to 5 business days to transfer into the Velocity membership account. To redeem ANZ Reward Points for Velocity Points, individuals must be both an ANZ Rewards account holder and a Velocity Frequent Flyer member. The earning and redemption of ANZ Reward Points is subject to ANZ Rewards Program Terms and Conditions. A minimum of 2,000 ANZ Reward Points is required for any redemption, and then additional multiples of 2 ANZ Reward Points. Individuals who had Auto-Transfer turned on for Velocity Points as at 11:59pm AEST on 31 October 2024 are ineligible for the Auto Transfer Campaign. Once ANZ Reward Points have been redeemed for Velocity Frequent Flyer Points, they are governed by the Velocity membership Terms and Conditions and cannot be reversed. This is a Velocity Frequent Flyer offer and can be withdrawn or changed without notice. This offer is not made by ANZ.

ANZ Business Rewards Program Terms & Conditions: The redemption of ANZ Business Reward Points will be administered solely by ANZ Business Rewards and can take up to 5 business days to transfer into the Velocity membership account. Velocity Points may take up to 28 days to appear in your Velocity account. Once Citi reward Points have been redeemed for Velocity Points, they are governed by the Velocity Terms and Conditions and cannot be changed cancelled or reversed.  

CommBank Awards Terms & Conditions: Individuals must be a CommBank Awards cardholder and Velocity member to redeem this offer. Membership of Velocity is the cardholder’s responsibility and is subject to the Velocity membership Terms and Conditions as amended from time to time, available at Velocity website. The redemption of CommBank Awards points will be administered solely by CommBank Awards and will take up to 5 business days to transfer into the Velocity Membership account. Membership of CommBank Awards is subject to the CommBank Awards Program Terms and Conditions. When converting CommBank Awards Points to Velocity Points, members must convert in increments of 2 Awards points in order to convert to whole Velocity Points. Points can only be transferred to a Velocity account in the same name as the primary cardholder of the CommBank Awards account. Points transferred to Velocity and membership of Velocity is subject to the Velocity membership Terms and Conditions, as amended from time to time. Once CommBank Awards points have been redeemed for Velocity Points, they are governed by the Velocity membership Terms and Conditions and cannot be reversed. Commonwealth Bank of Australia ABN 48 123 123 124 and Australian credit licence 234945 is the issuer of CommBank Awards cards.

HSBC Rewards Terms & Conditions: Redemption of HSBC Points for Velocity Points is only available to eligible HSBC Premier or Platinum credit card holders. 1 Velocity Point will be earned for every 2 HSBC Rewards Points transferred. A minimum Points transfer requirement applies; members must transfer in blocks of 5,000 or 10,000 HSBC Rewards Points. The earning and redemption of HSBC Rewards Points is subject to the HSBC Rewards terms and conditions, available at the HSBC website or by calling 13 21 52 (+61 2 9005 8511 if calling from overseas). To redeem HSBC Rewards Points for Velocity Points, individuals must be a Velocity member. Membership of Velocity is the Cardholder’s responsibility and is subject to the Velocity membership Terms and Conditions as amended from time to time. The redemption of HSBC Rewards Points will be administered solely by HSBC and may take up to 5 business days to transfer into the Velocity membership account. NAB Rewards Terms & Conditions: To redeem NAB Rewards Points for Velocity Points, individuals must be both a NAB Rewards account holder and a Velocity Frequent Flyer member. The earning and redemption of Rewards Points is subject to NAB Rewards Program Terms and Conditions. Minimum redemption amount in one transaction = 3,000 NAB Rewards Points. Points are earned and redeemed in accordance with the NAB Rewards Terms and Conditions. Once the NAB Rewards points have been redeemed for Velocity Points, they are governed by the Velocity membership Terms and Conditions and cannot be reversed. Westpac Altitude Terms & Conditions: You must have earned a minimum of 3,000 Altitude Points before you can redeem for any Altitude reward. A minimum of 6 Altitude points is required before points can be transferred to Velocity. You must transfer a minimum of 3,000 Altitude Points to Velocity in one transaction, with additional increments in multiples of 500 Altitude Points at a time. You will receive 1 Velocity Point for every 3 Altitude Points. Please allow 3 business days for the processing of the transfers. You will not receive Altitude Points if your card account is in arrears for 2 consecutive statement cycles and in other circumstances. Once Altitude Points have been redeemed for Velocity Points, they are governed by the Velocity membership Terms and Conditions and cannot be reversed. Terms and conditions and fees and charges apply and are available on request at any Westpac branch or via westpac.com.au. The features of the Altitude Card may change.
