Family Points Transfer
You can transfer your Velocity Points from your Membership Account to the Account of eligible family members. Conditions are as follows:
- You can make up to 4 Points transfers each year from your Velocity account to Family Members
- Each transfer must be for a minimum of 5,000 Points and a maximum of 125,000 Points
- Points can be transferred to eligible family members only
Transferring Points to the account of an eligible family member via our website is temporarily offline. Points transfer is still available by calling our Membership Contact Centre. We apologise for any inconvenience. Fees for transferring Points through the Membership Contact Centre are being waived at this time. Please have your membership details ready for our Membership Contact Centre agent to process.
