Terms and conditions

Hilton Honors: To convert your Hilton Honors Points into Velocity Points please contact your local Hilton Honors Customer Care Center or go to the exchange section within your Hilton Honors account. The minimum transferrable amount is 10,000 Hilton Honors Points per conversion, which is equivalent to 1,500 Velocity Points. Transfers can only be made in increments of 10,000 Hilton Honors Points. Please allow 30 to 60 days from the point of the transfer request being made for your transfer request to be processed. Transfers must be made to a Velocity Frequent Flyer account that is in the same name as the Hilton Honors member account that the points are being transferred from. Transfers cannot be reversed or converted into any other rewards option. Hilton Honors™ membership and redemption of Points are subject to Hilton Honors Terms and Conditions. After your Hilton Honors Points are converted into Velocity Points, these Points are subject to the Velocity Frequent Flyer general terms and conditions.
