Here's the legal stuff you might want to know

  1. Velocity Frequent Flyer members must link their Velocity membership to their Crunch account to enable the transfer of their Crunch credits to Velocity Points. Once set up, each month your Crunch balance will be transferred to your nominated Velocity Frequent Flyer Account on the 1st (first) of every month. Linked members may transfer a minimum of 15 Crunch credits (equivalent to 5 Velocity Frequent Flyer Points) per redemption. Crunch credits can only be transferred in increments of 15. Visit envirobank.com.au/crunch to transfer Crunch credits. Crunch credits transferred for Velocity Frequent Flyer Points will be credited to the linked Velocity account . To earn and redeem Velocity Points, you must be a Velocity member. Standard Crunch Terms and Conditions apply to the collection of Crunch credits.
