*Virgin Voyages 99,999 Velocity Points Offer Terms and Conditions
1. This offer is exclusive to Velocity Frequent Flyer members (Member). Velocity membership and Velocity Points redemption is subject to the Velocity Membership Terms and Conditions, as amended from time to time. Redemption via the Velocity Rewards Store is also subject to the Velocity Rewards Store Terms of Use.
2. From 09:00am AEDT on 30 November 2023 until the earlier of:
a) the date on which 1,000 Access Keys (as defined below) have been redeemed; or
b) 11:59pm AEDT on 04 December 2023,
(Promotion Period), Members will be able to redeem 99,999 Velocity Points via the Velocity Rewards Store (hosted by Collinson Group Limited (ACN 083 835 661) for a Virgin Voyages Access Key (Access Key). An Access Key will allow the Member to book a cabin (for one or two adults) on an Eligible Voyage (outlined in clause 4) with Virgin Voyages. A maximum of 1,000 Access Keys issued by Virgin Voyages will be available in connection with this offer.
3. Following the Velocity Rewards Store redemption, the Member will receive an email when the Velocity Points have been deducted from the Member’s Velocity account (Completed Redemption). Within 5 business days of the Completed Redemption, Virgin Voyages will send the Member an email with their unique Access Key and details of how to book an Eligible Voyage. Members have from the date of receiving their Access Key until 11:59pm AEDT on 18 December 2023 (Booking Period) to use their Access Key to complete their booking via the Virgin Voyages website in accordance with the booking instructions provided by Virgin Voyages.
4. For the purpose of this offer, an eligible voyage is a new booking made within the Booking Period in the name of the relevant Member for a Sea Terrace or Limited Sea Terrace cabin type sailing on the Resilient Lady on one of the following voyages (each an Eligible Voyage):

5. Access Keys cannot be used for bookings made via a travel agent or any other method. Any use of the Access Key which is not compliant with these terms and conditions will be void.
6. All Velocity Points redemptions for an Access Key are non-refundable. You may have certain entitlements under the Australian Consumer Law. For example, you may be entitled to a reimbursement of your Velocity Points under the Australian Consumer Law in certain circumstances.
7. Velocity Frequent Flyer is not acting as a travel agent and is merely facilitating the redemption of Velocity Points.
8. Use of an Access Key and all bookings of Eligible Voyages are subject to Virgin Voyage’s terms and conditions.
9. Flights, transfers and travel insurance are not included and are the sole responsibility of the Member. All Sailors (passengers) must make their own travel arrangements to and from their port of departure or arrival prior to and after the voyage. Sailors can learn more about Eligible Voyage inclusions and exclusions here.
10. Reservations made with Access Keys are not eligible for Virgin Voyages Perks Program and do not count towards any future loyalty program credits. Access Keys cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount or credits unless otherwise stated in the Virgin Voyages promotions terms and conditions.
11. All Sailors must be at least 18 (eighteen) years old and must each satisfy Virgin Voyages’ additional requirements for passengers as set out in the Virgin Voyages Additional Terms and Conditions. All Sailors should also check the Virgin Voyages' Voyage Well initiatives and conditions of travel to ensure they agree with the COVID-19 sailing protocols around testing and vaccines. Sailors are responsible for meeting the entry requirements for each port visited on the voyage, including any additional or differing COVID-19 requirements.
12. Each Points redemption will only receive one Access Key but a Member can make multiple Points redemptions to receive multiple Access Keys. Each Access Key may only be used for one Eligible Voyage booked within the Booking Period. If the Member has multiple Access Keys, they will need to make a separate booking for each Access Key they wish to use.
13. Access Keys may be used for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any resale or transfer of Access Keys or bookings is not permitted and may result in the Access Keys and/or booking(s) being cancelled without notice. The Access Key is non-refundable, is not redeemable for cash and is not replaceable (unless you’re entitled to a refund or replacement under the Australian Consumer Law).
14.Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Virgin Voyages of completion of the booking process for an Eligible Voyage.
15. Cabin type cannot be upgraded when using an Access Key for a booking. However, once the booking of an Eligible Voyage has been confirmed, it may be possible to bid for an upgrade if Virgin Voyages subsequently offers the chance to do so.
16. Subject to clause 15, if the Member wishes to make any change to a booking made using the Access Key that would cause the booking to cease to be for an Eligible Voyage (e.g., a change to a non-eligible route), the Member will be informed of and responsible for the cost of the re-booked voyage, plus applicable taxes, fees, surcharges and re-booking fees.
17. Virgin Voyages reserves the right to substitute ports, change itineraries or substitute vessels on all itineraries as more specifically provided in the Virgin Voyages Ticket Agreement. The provisions of Virgin Voyages Additional Terms and Conditions, are hereby incorporated by reference. By redeeming an Access Key to make a booking, the Member agrees to be bound by all such terms and conditions, including any booking cancellation terms. Virgin Voyages reserves the right to modify its terms at its discretion with or without notice.
18. Subject to law, in the event of any dispute regarding these terms and conditions or the actual or attempted redemption of any Access Key, the decision of Virgin Voyages will be final.
19. By clicking Redeem in the Velocity Rewards Store, you understand that Velocity Frequent Flyer will provide your personal information to Virgin Voyages so that Virgin Voyages can issue you with an Access Key. You must also provide all requested personal information to Virgin Voyages when using the Access Key to book an Eligible Voyage. Virgin Voyages will handle your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Notice.

# Points Booster 20% off offer Terms and Conditions. Buying Points with Velocity Points Booster is facilitated by Points Inc. Velocity members will receive 20% discount on Points purchases between 1,000 and 90,000 Velocity Points purchased through the Velocity Points Booster website or the Membership Contact Centre between 1:00AM AEST 30 November 2023 and 11:59 PM AEDT 4 December 2023 (Promotion Period). To be eligible for this offer, members must have a minimum Points balance of 1 Point.
You can buy a minimum of 1,000 Points at a time and as many times as desired during the Promotion Period up to a maximum of 250,000 Points per calendar year.
