*7x 11x Points on Fuel Terms and Conditions
During the promotional period of 12:01AM AEDT on 30/10/2024 to 11:59PM AEDT on 07/01/2025 (Offer Period), Velocity members that earn Velocity Points for the first time on fuel at 7-Eleven can earn seven times the standard Points earned on their first fuel purchase and eleven times the standard Points earned on their second fuel purchase (other than where purchases are made using ineligible payment methods such as fuel pass, Motorpass, vouchers and fleet cards).
First time 7-Eleven fuel earners will earn 7 Points per litre of Regular Fuel on their first fill and 11 Points per litre of Regular Fuel on their second fill OR 14 Points per litre of Premium Fuel on the first fill and 22 Points per litre of Premium Fuel on their second fill. The fuel purchases must be on 2 separate calendar days at any 7-Eleven in Australia. This offer is not available to Velocity members who have earned Velocity Points on any fuel purchases at 7-Eleven prior to the start of the Offer Period.
Velocity members will continue to earn 2 Velocity Points for every $1 spent on in-store Eligible Purchases, 2 Velocity Points per 1 litre of Premium Fuel purchased or 1 Velocity Point per 1 litre of Regular Fuel purchased eligible fuel purchases. Premium Fuel includes Mobil Supreme+ 98 and Mobil Extra 95 only. Regular Fuel includes all other fuel types (including Diesel fuel).
A member must scan their Velocity linked My Card in the My 7-Eleven app or their Velocity Membership Card (either their physical card or using the Velocity app) before completing the transaction to receive Velocity Points. Retrospective claims for Points will not be accepted, even in case of technology malfunctions. The exact number of Points to be awarded will be calculated after excluding any products or services which form part of a transaction which are not Eligible Purchases. The total Points awarded is calculated by applying the relevant Points earn rate to the actual number of litres of fuel purchased and the purchase price paid for in-store Eligible Purchases, before rounding the combined Points up to a whole number. Points will be allocated to your Velocity account within 24 hours after the transaction.

^500 Bonus Points on Convenience Terms and Conditions
During the promotional period of 12:01AM AEDT on 30/10/2024 to 11:59PM AEDT on 7/01/2025 (Offer Period), Velocity members that earn Velocity Points for the first time on in-store Eligible Purchases at 7-Eleven will earn 500 bonus Points on their first ever In-store Eligible Purchase when they spend $5 or more in one transaction. Fuel purchases are excluded.
The bonus Points are not available to Velocity members who have earned Velocity Points on any In-store Purchases at 7-Eleven prior to the start of the 500 Points Offer Period.
Eligible Purchases are purchases at 7-Eleven stores made using an Eligible Payment Method, other than purchases of Excluded Products.

During the promotional period of 12:01AM AEST on 01/06/2024 to 11:59PM AEST on 31/06/2025, Velocity members will earn 250 bonus Points on an Eligible Purchase at any 7-Eleven store in Australia, when they first scan their Velocity linked My Card (found in the My 7-Eleven app). Members who have previously shopped and scanned their physical or digital Velocity membership card are also eligible for this offer. The bonus Points are not available to Velocity members who have previously earned Points using their Velocity linked My Card in the My 7-Eleven app prior to the start of the promotion period.

~Earn Points with 7-Eleven Terms and Conditions
Scan your valid Velocity membership card (either your physical card or using your Velocity app) or your Velocity-linked My Card (found in your My 7-Eleven app) before making payment for an Eligible Purchase, to earn Velocity Points at 7-Eleven stores across New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, Western Australia and the Australian Capital Territory.
Velocity members earn the following Velocity Points on Eligible Purchases at 7-Eleven: 2 Velocity Points per 1 litre of Mobil Extra 95 and Mobil Supreme+ 98 (Premium Fuel); 1 Velocity Point per 1 litre of any other fuel sold at 7-Eleven (Regular Fuel); and 2 Velocity Points per $1 (including GST) spent on in-store products.
Eligible Purchases are purchases at 7-Eleven stores made using an Eligible Payment Method, other than purchases of Excluded Products.
Excluded Products are: tobacco and tobacco related products including but not limited to lighters; parcel delivery and collect services including ParcelMate parcels and related services; mobile prepaid/recharge phones and sim cards; gift cards, travel cards, MoneyGram and vouchers; prepaid tickets including transport tickets (Myki, Opal, Go Card); trailer, lawn mower and car hire; coin operated vacuums; any other products which are legally ineligible for loyalty programs as prohibited by law; any products or services purchased online or via any home delivery services platform; and any other products designated as ineligible for Velocity Points and included in these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
An Eligible Payment Method is any payment method other than: 7-Eleven Fuel Pass, any fleet card, Motorpass, vouchers, free offers or any other payment method specified as ineligible for Velocity Points and included in these Terms & Conditions, from time to time (each an Ineligible Payment Method). If you use an Ineligible Payment Method to pay for your transaction, or your payment is declined and you do not complete the payment, you will not receive Velocity Points.
The exact number of Points to be awarded will be calculated after excluding any products or services which form part of a transaction which are not Eligible Purchases. Fractions of Velocity Points will not be allocated. The total Points awarded is calculated by applying the relevant Points earn rate to the actual number of litres of fuel purchased and the purchase price paid for in-store Eligible Purchases, before rounding the combined Points up to a whole number.
Velocity Points are allocated to member accounts within 24 hours of completing a transaction, unless otherwise stated in connection with a specific promotional campaign.
No retrospective claims for Velocity Points will be accepted at any time, even in instances where the claim arises out of technology malfunctions. Transactions that have been completed and which are later returned or exchanged, may result in the Velocity Points earned for that purchase being deducted from your Velocity account.
To earn Velocity Points, you must be a Velocity member. Velocity membership is subject to the Velocity membership Terms and Conditions. Use of the My 7-Eleven app is governed by the My 7-Eleven app Terms and Conditions.
