Downloading My 7-Eleven and linking to Velocity Frequent Flyer
The My 7-Eleven app offers exclusive deals, rewards and the fuel price lock. It is available for download via the Apple and Google Play stores.
To earn Velocity Points using the My 7-Eleven app you must link your Velocity membership in the ‘Settings’ tab of the My 7-Eleven app. Once you have linked your Velocity account successfully you can scan your linked ‘My Card’ within the My 7-Eleven app to earn Velocity Points on eligible purchases.
Please ensure you have the latest operating system on your iPhone or android device and try downloading again.
Make sure you are running the latest version of the app to access Velocity Frequent Flyer’s functionality. Update My 7-Eleven app in the Apple App Store (iOS) or the Google Play store (Android) if required.
To earn Velocity Points using the My 7-Eleven app at 7-Eleven, you must first add your Velocity membership number in the My 7-Eleven app before scanning your Velocity linked My 7-Eleven app and making an eligible purchase. Once linked, you will earn Velocity Points on fuel and eligible in-store purchases. Follow the steps below to link your accounts:

Yes, you can! Velocity Frequent Flyer membership is free for eligible customers. For full eligibility please read Velocity Frequent Flyer’s full terms and conditions . To sign up to Velocity Frequent Flyer in the My 7-Eleven app:
You will be redirected to the Velocity Frequent Flyer join form where you will be asked for personal information such as Name, date of birth, address, contact Number and email address. Complete the join form, read and accept the Velocity Frequent Flyer privacy policy and terms and conditions.
When you have completed the Velocity Frequent Flyer join form you will receive your Velocity Frequent Flyer membership number on screen and via email immediately.
Once you have received your Velocity Frequent Flyer membership number, return to the My 7-Eleven app and link your account via the Velocity Frequent Flyer page which can be accessed via the ‘Settings’ menu.
You can only earn Velocity Points on a single linked My 7-Eleven account. Once your Velocity Frequent Flyer account and My 7-Eleven account are linked you cannot link that Velocity Frequent Flyer account to a secondary My 7-Eleven account.
No, you don’t. Your My 7-Eleven account will be linked simply by using your Velocity Frequent Flyer membership number. However, the name on the Velocity membership and the My 7-Eleven membership must be the same.
Your name and Velocity membership number will be shared with 7-Eleven to verify and link your accounts and to allocate Points to your Velocity membership account. You can learn more about how Velocity handles your personal information by reviewing Velocity’s Privacy Policy and about how 7 Eleven handles your personal information by reviewing 7-Eleven’s Privacy Policy. Once the accounts have been linked you will need to scan your ‘My Card’ in the 7-Eleven app when making an eligible purchase at 7-Eleven to earn Velocity Points on your purchase.

As a Velocity member, you currently cannot redeem your Velocity Points at 7-Eleven. However, you can redeem your Velocity Points via a range of options listed on the Velocity website. These include flights, holidays, travel and hundreds of products via the Velocity Rewards Store.

In Western Australian stores, Velocity Frequent Flyer members can use your physical Velocity card or My Velocity digital card to earn Velocity Points with 7-Eleven.
That’s not ideal. You must scan your linked My 7-Eleven app or scan/swipe your My Velocity Digital card/physical Velocity membership card at the time of the transaction to earn Velocity Points.
You can’t reallocate Velocity Points to another Velocity membership account after you have completed a transaction. However, Family Points Transfer or Family Pooling allows Velocity members to move Velocity Points from one family members account to another.
Pending your Velocity Points balance amount, four transfers (between 5,000 and 125,000 Velocity Points) can be made per year to an eligible family member. Velocity Points transfers are easy and free to do online (a fee applies if you transfer through the Membership Contact Centre).
Simply log in to your My Velocity account, click the ‘Link & Transfer’ button in the top navigation, and select ‘Family Points Transfer' from the dropdown. Yes you can. Simply download the My 7-Eleven app and link your Velocity account or you can use the Velocity Frequent Flyer or Virgin Australia app to access your My Velocity Digital Card. Either can be scanned during your transactions at 7-Eleven to earn Velocity Points on eligible purchases.
If you reside in New South Wales, Victoria or Queensland don’t worry, the option to scan your My Velocity Digital Card will be available soon!
All 7-Eleven stores in Western Australia accept the My Velocity Digital Card. There are a few ways to access your My Velocity Card:
You can make four transfers per year to an eligible family member. Velocity Points transfers are easy and free to do online (a fee applies if you transfer through the Membership Contact Centre).
Simply log in to your My Velocity Account and click on the ‘Transfer Points - Family' button on the left hand side of your screen. Ensure your transfer is to an eligible family member (as stated in the Terms and Conditions) and is between 5,000 Points and 125,000 Velocity Points.

You can view and update your My Velocity account information including your communication preferences online. Simply log in with your Velocity membership number and password.

No, you will not earn Velocity Points on refunded transactions.
Do you have an email from Velocity in your inbox? If so, you can find your membership details at the top of the email.
Otherwise, if you know the email address, First Name and Last Name registered on your Velocity account, and have set up your security question, you can recover your Velocity membership number via the Velocity website. Your Velocity membership number will then be emailed to the address registered on your Velocity account.

Your Velocity Points will expire 24 months after the last date you earned or redeemed Velocity Points, transferred Points to or from your Velocity account using your Singapore Airlines Krisflyer account, or bought Velocity Points using Points Booster. When calculating your Velocity Points expiry date, we disregard any Velocity Points you earn in a Family Pool as a beneficiary account member, Velocity Points transferred to or from your Family Members, and earning of Status Credits. This activity won’t stop your Velocity Points expiring.

¹7-Eleven app 250 bonus Points Terms and Conditions
During the promotional period of 12:01AM AEST on 01/06/2024 to 11:59PM AEST on 31/06/2025, Velocity members will earn 250 bonus Points on an Eligible Purchase at any 7-Eleven store in Australia, when they first scan their Velocity linked My Card (found in the My 7-Eleven app). Members who have previously shopped and scanned their physical or digital Velocity membership card are also eligible for this offer. The bonus Points are not available to Velocity members who have previously earned Points using their Velocity linked My Card in the My 7-Eleven app prior to the start of the promotion period.
All Velocity members will continue to earn 2 Velocity Points for every $1 spent on in-store Eligible Purchases, 2 Velocity Points per 1 litre of Premium Fuel purchased or 1 Velocity Point per 1 litre of Regular Fuel purchased. Scan your valid Velocity membership card (either your physical card or using your Velocity app) or your Velocity-linked My Card (found in your My 7-Eleven app) before making payment for an Eligible Purchase, to earn Velocity Points at 7-Eleven stores across New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, Western Australia and the Australian Capital Territory.
Velocity members earn the following Velocity Points on Eligible Purchases at 7-Eleven: 2 Velocity Points per 1 litre of Mobil Extra 95 and Mobil Supreme+ 98 (Premium Fuel); 1 Velocity Point per 1 litre of any other fuel sold at 7-Eleven (Regular Fuel); and 2 Velocity Points per $1 (including GST) spent on in-store products.
Eligible Purchases are purchases at 7-Eleven stores made using an Eligible Payment Method, other than purchases of Excluded Products.
