1. BOQ Specialist Signature or Platinum Credit Card

To earn and redeem Velocity Points you must be a Velocity member. Velocity membership and Points earn and redemption are subject to the Member Terms and Conditions, as amended from time to time. Velocity Points are earned in accordance with the BOQ Specialist Velocity Rewards Program Terms and Conditions. Points are earned on Eligible Transactions only. See definition of Eligible Transactions in the BOQ Specialist Velocity Rewards Program Terms and Conditions. Please allow 6-8 weeks after purchase for points to be credited to your Velocity Frequent Flyer account. BOQ Specialist recommends that you seek independent tax advice in respect of the tax consequences (including fringe benefits tax, goods and services tax and income tax) arising from the use of this product or from participating in the Velocity Frequent Flyer program.

2. Earn Rates

The Signature card will earn you 1 Velocity Point for every $1 spent on Eligible Transactions in Australia up to 10,000 Points per month, and 0.5 Points per $1 thereafter and 1.5 Velocity Points for every $1 spent on eligible international transactions.  

The Platinum card will earn you 1 Velocity Point for every $2 spent on  Eligible Transactions in Australia and 1 Velocity Point for every $1 spent on eligible international transactions.  

3. BOQ Specialist card insurances

BOQ Specialist card insurances are underwritten by Chubb Insurance Australia Limited (ABN 23 001 642 020, AFSL No. 239687) (Chubb). BOQ Specialist has entered into master policies for the benefit of cardholders. Terms, conditions, exclusions, limits and eligibility criteria apply to insurances. You should consider the Insurance Terms and Conditions available at boqspecialist.com.au. Make sure you pay special attention to the benefits, eligibility and exclusions. It is particularly important to do this before travelling or purchasing goods as your cover may not be sufficient for your personal circumstances. BOQ Specialist does not guarantee this insurance. 

4. Visa Concierge
The Visa Concierge is provided by a third party supplier. For details of this service refer to visapremium.com.au. 

5. Priority Pass™ Standard Membership
One complimentary Priority Pass™ Standard Membership, with lounge visits for the primary cardholder is a special feature of the Signature Card. Signature cardholders will automatically be enrolled for the Priority Pass™ Standard Membership. Please allow for up to 15 working days for your Priority Pass™ card to arrive in the mail. The primary card holder will be entitled to 4 complimentary Priority Pass lounge visits and 4 complimentary guest visits per year (8 complimentary visits in total per calendar year). Any additional visits for yourself or guest will be charged at US$27.00. These additional Priority Pass visits for yourself or guests will be debited from your card account. 

This fee will also be charged from the second guest onwards, where more than one guests accompanies you to a lounge.  Membership is subject to the Conditions of Use available at prioritypass.com.

7. BOQ Specialist Everyday Plus account

The BOQ Specialist Everyday Plus account will earn up to 1 Velocity Point for every whole $10 of daily average balance in your account, calculated at the end of each month. To earn and redeem Velocity Points you must be a Velocity member. Velocity membership and Points earn and redemption are subject to the Member Terms and Conditions, as amended from time to time.  Velocity Points will be earned on positive account balances in accordance with the BOQ Specialist Everyday Plus Account Velocity Rewards Program Terms and Conditions. To determine the average daily balance for your account, add the closing balance from each day in the month together, and then divide the total by the number of days in the month. Please allow 6-8 weeks after purchase for points to be credited to your Velocity Frequent Flyer account. BOQ Specialist recommends that you seek independent tax advice in respect of the tax consequences (including fringe benefits tax, goods and services tax and income tax) arising from the use of this product or from participating in the Velocity Frequent Flyer program.
