The credit services material on this webpage has been prepared by the relevant credit licensees as indicated and not Velocity Frequent Flyer Pty Ltd (VFF) or Virgin Australia (VA). VFF and VA do not hold an Australian Credit Licence and are not the licensee in relation to the credit activity being engaged in by the relevant credit licensee/credit representative.

*30,000 bonus Points

To be eligible to receive 30,000 bonus Velocity Points, you must (a) be a Velocity Frequent Flyer member, (b) apply for the American Express Velocity Platinum credit card, American Express Velocity Business Card, Westpac Altitude Platinum credit card, Westpac Altitude Black credit card, Virgin Australia Velocity Flyer credit card, Virgin Australia Velocity High Flyer credit card between 12.01am (AEST) 12 June 2024 and 11:59pm (AEST) 15 July 2024, and (c) be approved and meet the minimum spend criteria for the eligible offer associated with the individual card if the application is successful. Offer end dates may be extended without notice. 

The 30,000 bonus Points will be allocated to your Velocity account in accordance with, and subject to the Velocity membership Terms and Conditions 10-12 weeks after you meet the minimum spend criteria for the eligible offer associated with the individual card.

This bonus Points offer cannot be used in conjunction with other bonus Points offers provided by Velocity Frequent Flyer in respect of Credit Cards. Only one bonus Point offer can be earned on a single credit card; if multiple offers are activated, the highest bonus Point offer will be applied.

American Express Velocity Platinum Card:

1. Bonus & Eligibility. Receive 60,000 bonus Velocity Points when you apply online, are approved, and spend $3,000 on eligible purchases on your new Card within the first 3 months from the Card approval date. This offer is only available to new American Express Card Members. If you are an existing David Jones Card Member and don’t hold or have previously held any other American Express Card(s) in the past 18 months, you will be eligible for the offer. All other Card Members who currently hold or who have previously held any Card product issued by American Express Australia Limited, in the preceding 18 month period are ineligible for this offer. Eligible purchases do not include Card fees and charges, for example annual fees, interest, late payment, cash advances, balance transfers, traveller’s cheques and foreign currency conversion. 60,000 bonus Velocity Points will be awarded to the eligible Card Member’s account 8-10 weeks after the spend criteria has been met.

2. Velocity Points. As long as your account remains current and in good standing. Velocity Points are earned in accordance with the American Express Velocity Cards Points Terms and Conditions available here. Exclusions apply. Eligible purchases do not include cash advances, interest, balance transfers, fees and charges for traveller’s cheques and foreign currencies. These do not earn Velocity Points. For the full list of exclusions, please refer to the American Express Velocity Cards Points Terms and Conditions available here. Certain transactions will earn 0.5 points per dollar with Merchants classified as; 'government', including the Australian Taxation Office, the Australian Postal Corporation (Australia Post), federal/state and local government bodies. The additional Velocity Point earned per $1 spent applies only to Virgin Australia purchases made in Australia.

3. Complimentary Flight. The complimentary domestic economy Virgin Australia return flight is available between selected Australian cities and is available for booking by American Express Velocity Platinum Card Members after your first Card spend in the first year, and then after your first Card spend each year after the anniversary of your Membership. All flights are subject to availability and neither Virgin Australia nor American Express guarantee that seats or tickets will be available on the dates or at the times you may wish to fly. Seat availability may be limited to certain dates and/or flights and it may be more difficult to book seats around public holidays, school holidays or special events. Some flights may not have any seats available for redemption. Route availability is subject to change without notice. The complimentary flight is not eligible for Velocity Points and/or Status Credits earn. All travel is subject to the American Express Velocity Platinum Card Benefits Terms and Conditions and travel is subject to Virgin Australia Conditions of Carriage.

4. Virgin Australia Lounge. Two Single Entry passes to the Virgin Australia lounge will be activated on the Primary Card Member's Velocity Membership Card annually on or after each annual Card fee renewal date. Virgin Australia lounge entry passes are subject to the American Express Velocity Platinum Card Benefits Terms and Conditions.  Single entry passes are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. The Virgin Australia Lounge is operated by Virgin Australia Airlines Pty Ltd in selected domestic airports in accordance with the Virgin Australia Lounge Terms and Conditions,  as amended from time to time. 5. Status Credits. 100 Velocity Frequent Flyer Status Credits will be awarded when you spend a minimum of $50,000 (on Eligible Spend) within your card membership year. Card membership year means 365 days from the anniversary date of your American Express Velocity Platinum Card. Eligible Spend does not include cash type purchases on a Card, for example travellers cheques and foreign currencies or any interest, fees or charges (including late payment or dishonoured payments) charged to the Card account. Please allow up to 2 weeks after you meet the minimum spend requirement for the Velocity Frequent Flyer Status Credits to be credited to your Velocity account. In addition to Status Credits, Velocity members need to fly on Virgin Australia marketed flights to earn Eligible Sectors to upgrade or maintain a level of membership. American Express Velocity Business Card:

6. Bonus & Eligibility: Offer only available to new American Express Card Members who apply for the American Express Velocity Business Card by 27 August 2024, are approved and spend $5,000 on eligible purchases on their new Card in the first two (2) months from the Card approval date. Eligible purchases do not include Card fees and charges, for example annual fees, interest, late payment, cash advances, balance transfers, traveller’s cheques and foreign currency conversion. Card Members who currently hold or who have previously held any other Card product issued by American Express Australia Limited in the preceding 18-month period are ineligible for this offer. 200,000 bonus Velocity Points will be awarded to the eligible Card Member's Account 8-10 weeks after the spend criteria has been met. $249 annual fee applies. Subject to the American Express Velocity Business Card Points Terms and Conditions. This advertised offer is not applicable or valid in conjunction with any other advertised or promotional offer.

7. Jump to Tier 2: New American Express Velocity Business Card Members who:

a) successfully apply for the American Express Velocity Business Card by 27 August 2024 and are approved;

b) spend $5,000 on their new American Express Velocity Business Card in the first two (2) months from the Card approval date; and

c) either:

(i) are already a Virgin Australia Business Flyer Member with a Tier 1 Level Status; or

(ii) sign-up to Virgin Australia Business Flyer within the first two (2) months from the American Express Velocity Business Card approval date are eligible to be upgraded from Tier 1 to Tier 2 Level Status of Virgin Australia Business Flyer for 12-months (Jump to Tier 2 Offer), which includes a complimentary 12-month Velocity Gold Membership. See here for Velocity Gold Membership terms and conditions. The tier jump can take up to one month to reflect in a member’s Virgin Australia Business Flyer account.

For the avoidance of doubt, existing Virgin Australia Business Flyer members who are already at Tier 2 or 3 Level Status are not eligible for the Jump to Tier 2 Offer.

Card Members who currently hold or who have previously held any other Card product issued by American Express Australia Limited in the preceding 18-month period are ineligible for the Jump to Tier 2 Offer.

At the end of each 12-month anniversary, Virgin Australia reserves the right to review and change the Virgin Australia Business Flyer Member’s Tier Level based on the Member’s spend with Virgin Australia Business Flyer in the previous 12-months. 8. Velocity Points: As long as your account remains current and in good standing, Velocity Points are earned in accordance with and subject to the Velocity American Express Cards Points Terms and Conditions, and exclusions apply. Eligible purchases do not include Card fees and charges, for example annual fees, interest, late payment, cash advances, balance transfers, traveller’s cheques and foreign currency conversion. These do not earn Velocity Points. For the full list of exclusions, please refer to the Velocity American Express Card Points Terms and Conditions. Earn 1 Point per $1 spent on eligible purchases and 2 Points per $1 spent on Virgin Australia purchases in Australia. You will earn 0.5 points per $1 spent at participating merchants classified as "government" including the Australian Taxation Office, the Australian Postal Corporation, federal/state and local government bodies. Industry specific earn rates may apply when you use a payment account, payment aggregator, services of a third party or online retailers that sell goods for another merchant. For example a payment made to Local Government bodies processed through a payment aggregator may earn rates at the government earn rate. There may be taxation implications associated with your participation in the rewards program. You are advised to consult your accountant or tax advisor to determine if there are any implications from your participation in the program.

9. Insurance: The insurance on American Express Cards is subject to terms, conditions and exclusions (such as maximum age limits, pre-existing medical conditions and cover limits). You must use your American Express Velocity Business Card to pay for your trip in order to be covered under the travel insurance and pay for eligible items for those items to be covered under the retail insurance benefits. It is important you read the American Express Velocity Business Card Insurance Terms and Conditions and consider whether the insurance is right for you. We do not provide advice about the insurance or whether it is appropriate for your objectives, financial situation or needs.

10. No pre-set spending limit: does not mean unlimited spending. Your purchases are approved based on a variety of factors, including current spending patterns, your payment history, credit records, and financial resources known to us.

11. Extend your cash flow by up to 51 days: Depending upon when you make a purchase, when your statement is issued and whether or not you are carrying forward a balance on your Account from your previous statement period. If you pay by direct debit, your payment will be processed 10 days after your statement is issued.

Westpac Altitude Black Credit Card with Velocity Points:

12. Bonus Velocity Points Promotion Altitude Black: To be eligible for up to 120,000 bonus Velocity Points, you must apply and be approved for a new Altitude Velocity Black credit card between 2 November 2023 and 31 July 2024. You will receive an initial 90,000 bonus points if you spend $6,000 or more on eligible purchases within 120 days of card approval. These will be credited to your points balance within 12 weeks of meeting this spend criteria.
You will receive an additional 30,000 bonus points if you keep your account open for more than 12 months and continue to use the card. These additional points will be credited to your points balance within 12 weeks, after the first eligible purchase is made in the second year of your card account being active.

If you do not meet the minimum spend criteria within 120 days of card approval, you forfeit the initial 90,000 bonus points only. However, you are still eligible for the additional 30,000 bonus points in the second year if you continue to use your card. Existing Westpac customers who currently hold an Earth Classic, Earth Platinum, Earth Platinum Plus, Earth Black, Altitude Classic, Altitude Platinum or Altitude Black credit card, or who have held one in the last 12 months, are not eligible for this offer. Velocity Points earned during a statement cycle are added to your Velocity Points balance on a monthly basis. Eligible purchases do not include interest, fees and charges, cash or ATM cash advances, cash equivalent transactions, gambling transactions, a purchase from or payment to a local, state or federal government or government related agency, BPAY or similar transactions (such as Post Billpay), refunds and balance transfers debited from the card account. Credit Card Product Switches, upgrades or Westpac group staff are ineligible for this offer.

13. Rewards Points: The earning and redemption of Velocity Points are subject to the Altitude Terms and Conditions. Purchases that are not eligible to earn Rewards Points are set out in the Altitude Terms and Conditions. You do not receive points if your card account is in arrears for 2 consecutive statement cycles and in other circumstances. Refer to the Altitude Terms and Conditions for information on how you earn points on transactions. Velocity Points earned during a statement cycle are added to your respective Points balance on a monthly basis.

14. Eligible purchases do not include interest, fees and charges, cash or ATM cash advances, cash equivalent transactions, gambling transactions, a purchase from or payment to a local, state or federal government related agency, BPAY or similar transactions (such as Post Billpay), refunds and balance transfers debited from the card account.

15. Virgin Australia Domestic Lounge Passes Two complimentary single-entry Virgin Australia Domestic Lounge Passes are available to Westpac Altitude Velocity Black Mastercard cardholders each year. To be eligible, your card account must not be in arrears for more than two consecutive statement cycles in accordance with the Altitude Terms and Conditions, you must have provided Westpac with your Velocity Frequent Flyer number and you have made a direct spend with Virgin Australia every year on your Altitude Velocity Black Mastercard from your card open date. You will become eligible upon card activation in your first year and then each anniversary thereafter. Virgin Australia Lounge Passes are valid for 12 months from date of issuance and will appear on your Velocity Frequent Flyer membership account within 10 business days of meeting eligible spend. Virgin Australia lounge is operated by Virgin Australia Airlines Pty Ltd in selected domestic airport locations and entry is subject to the Westpac Altitude Velocity Black Mastercard Lounge Pass Conditions and Virgin Australia Lounge Terms and Conditions which are subject to change from time to time.

17. Altitude Velocity: In order to earn and redeem points, you must be a member of the Velocity Frequent Flyer program. An annual $75 Velocity Rewards fee applies.

Westpac Altitude Platinum Credit Card with Velocity Points:

18. Bonus Velocity Points Promotion Altitude Platinum: To be eligible for up to 80,000 bonus Velocity Points, you must apply and be approved for a new Altitude Velocity Platinum credit card between 28 February 2024 and 31 July 2024. You will receive an initial 60,000 bonus points if you spend $4,000 or more on eligible purchases within 90 days of card approval. These will be credited to your points balance within 12 weeks of meeting this spend criteria. You will receive an additional 20,000 bonus points if you keep your account open for more than 12 months and continue to use the card. Eligible purchases do not include interest, fees and charges, cash or ATM cash advances, cash equivalent transactions, gambling transactions, a purchase from or payment to a local, state or federal government or government related agency, BPAY or similar transactions (such as Post Billpay), refunds and balance transfers debited from the card account. 21. Economy X Seat Upgrade Voucher conditions:

Economy X Seat Upgrade Vouchers: Two complimentary Economy X Seat Upgrade Vouchers (for eligible domestic flights only) are available to Westpac Altitude Platinum Mastercard and Westpac Altitude Black Mastercard primary cardholders earning Velocity Points through the Altitude Velocity rewards program. To be eligible, your card account must not be in arrears for more than two consecutive statement cycles in accordance with the Altitude Terms and Conditions, you must have provided Westpac with your Velocity Frequent Flyer number and you have made a direct spend with Virgin Australia (Eligible Spend) on your Altitude Platinum Mastercard or Altitude Black Mastercard every year from card open date. Economy X Seat Upgrade Vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of issuance and will appear on your Velocity Frequent Flyer membership account within 10 business days of meeting Eligible Spend. Economy X Seat Upgrades are available to other passengers travelling on the same itinerary as the primary cardholder. Each Economy X Seat Upgrade Voucher can only be redeemed on an eligible non-stop Virgin Australia operated domestic Australian flight. The Economy X Upgrade Voucher is valid per single flight sector only.  All Economy X Seat Upgrade Voucher redemptions are subject to availability. All travel is subject to the Virgin Australia Fare Conditions and Virgin Australia Conditions of Carriage as amended from time to time. No Velocity Points or Status Credits will be awarded for Economy X Seat Upgrade Voucher redemptions. To redeem, book an eligible domestic flight with Virgin Australia on your Altitude Velocity Mastercard and then call the Virgin Australia Guest Contact Centre on 1300 038 373 at least 24 hours prior to your flight to apply your Economy X Seat Upgrade. All Economy X Seat Upgrade Voucher redemptions are subject to availability and neither Virgin Australia nor Westpac guarantee that Economy X seats will be available on the flight you may wish to redeem on.  All travel is subject to the Economy X standard Terms and Conditions and the Virgin Australia Fare Conditions and Virgin Australia Conditions of Carriage as amended from time to time.

22. Reduced First year Annual Card Fee: The discounted first year annual card fee of $99 is available when you apply and are approved for a new Altitude Velocity Platinum card between 28 February 2024 and 31 July 2024. After the first year, the card fee reverts to $175 and will be debited to your card account on the 12-month anniversary of the first transaction on your account and annually thereafter.

23. Altitude Velocity: In order to earn and redeem points, you must be a member of the Velocity Frequent Flyer program. An annual $75 Velocity Rewards fee applies.

Virgin Australia Velocity High Flyer Card:

24. Virgin Australia Velocity High Flyer Card 80,000 bonus Velocity Points offer
Up to 80,000 bonus Velocity Points offer is available to new approved Virgin Australia Velocity High Flyer Card account holders who apply by 2 September 2024. 40,000 bonus Velocity Points will be awarded for every month $3,500 or more is spent on eligible purchases for first 2 months from card approval (spend period).  Purchases must be processed and charged to your account in the relevant month to count toward your monthly spend. An eligible purchase means any purchase excluding Cash Advances, Balance Transfers, Special Promotions, refunds and chargebacks, purchases of foreign currency and travellers cheques, transactions made in operating a business, and fees and charges such as interest and ATM charges. Please note that if you have a balance transfer, you will be charged interest on any spend you make. Credit Card application must be submitted through this page. Points will be credited to the Primary Cardholder's Velocity account up to 60 days after the qualifying purchases. To earn and redeem Velocity Points there must be an active Velocity Frequent Flyer membership linked to the Virgin Australia Velocity High Flyer Card account. Velocity membership Terms and Conditions apply. 25. Earn Rates 
Standard Velocity Point earn rate on the Virgin Australia Velocity High Flyer Card is 1 Point per dollar spent on Eligible Transactions on your first $8,000 spend per monthly statement period, then 0.5 Points per dollar spent on Eligible Transactions per monthly statement period thereafter. Standard Velocity Point earn rate on the Virgin Australia Velocity Flyer Card is 0.66 Points per dollar spent on Eligible Transactions on your first $1,500 spend per monthly statement period, then 0.5 Points per dollar spent on Eligible Transactions per monthly statement period thereafter. To earn and redeem Velocity Points, you must be a Velocity Frequent Flyer member. Velocity Points are earned on Eligible Transactions only. Eligible Transaction means any purchase excluding (but not limited to) Cash Advances, Balance Transfers, Special Promotions, BPAY payments, purchases of foreign currency and travellers cheques, transactions made in operating a business, fees and charges such as interest and ATM charges and government related transactions. Government related transactions include transactions with government or semi-government entities, or relating to services provided by or in connection with government (for example but not limited to transactions made at Australia Post, payments to the Australian Taxation Office, council rates, motor registries, tolls, parking stations and meters, fares on public transport, fines and court related costs). 26. $129 Virgin Australia Gift Voucher 
The Virgin Australia Gift Voucher is available to Primary Cardholders only and provides one Virgin Australia Gift Voucher to the value of $129 (AUD) each year, in the form of a $129 travel credit in a Virgin Australia Travel Bank. You will become eligible for your $129 Virgin Australia Gift Voucher 30 days after card approval in your first year and 30 days after your card anniversary thereafter provided you have made a retail purchase as the Primary Cardholder in the 2 months prior to requesting your voucher online at online at https://virginmoney.com.au/products/credit-card/gift-voucher, your account is active and in good standing and you are a Velocity Frequent Flyer member. 27. Complimentary Lounge Pass 
The complimentary Lounge pass benefit is available to Primary Virgin Australia Velocity High Flyer Cardholders only and provides two Single-Entry Virgin Australia domestic Lounge passes each year. You will become eligible for your two Single-Entry Virgin Australia domestic Lounge passes upon card activation in your first year and then each anniversary thereafter. 28. Bonus Status Credits
 The Virgin Australia Velocity High Flyer Card Bonus Status Credits Benefit is a Special Feature available to Primary Cardholders only. An additional 20% Bonus Status Credits will be awarded when you fly on an Eligible Virgin Australia Flight and meet eligibility criteria being: a) a flight purchased using your Virgin Australia Velocity High Flyer Card directly with Virgin Australia (via Virgin Australia website, Virgin Australia Call Centre or Virgin Australia App); b) the Virgin Australia flight is eligible to earn Status Credits; c)  your Velocity membership number was provided against the booking at the time of purchase or before your date of travel; d) at the time of booking, purchasing and taking the flight, your credit card account must be open and in good standing (for example – your account is not in default, suspended or closed). The amount of Bonus Status Credits is capped at 100 Bonus Status Credits each credit card anniversary year. Status Credit earn is subject to the fare type and distance travelled. We will allocate Bonus Status Credits within 2 months of the allocation of your base Status Credits to your Velocity Program account. Virgin Australia Velocity Flyer Card:

29. Virgin Australia Velocity Flyer Card 60,000 bonus Velocity Points offer

Eligible Transaction means any purchase excluding (but not limited to) Cash Advances, Balance Transfers, Special Promotions, BPAY payments, purchases of foreign currency and travellers cheques, transactions made in operating a business, fees and charges such as interest and ATM charges and government related transactions. Government related transactions include transactions with government or semi-government entities, or relating to services provided by or in connection with government (for example but not limited to transactions made at Australia Post, payments to the Australian Taxation Office, council rates, motor registries, tolls, parking stations and meters, fares on public transport, fines and court related costs). 31. Accelerated Earn Rate
 The Accelerated Velocity Points Earn Benefit is a Special Feature available to Primary Cardholders only. Earn an additional 1 Velocity Point with your Virgin Australia Velocity Flyer Card, or 2 Velocity Points with your Virgin Australia Velocity High Flyer Card per $1 spent on eligible Virgin Australia Purchases. Virgin Australia Purchase means the purchase of a Virgin Australia flight, product or service via the Virgin Australia website at virginaustralia.com, Virgin Australia App or via the Virgin Australia Contact Centre using your Virgin Australia Velocity Flyer or High Flyer Credit Card. Your Account must be in good standing (for example – your account is not in default, suspended or closed) at the time of the Virgin Australia Purchase. To receive Velocity Points you must supply your Velocity membership Account Information. 32. $129 Virgin Australia Gift Voucher 
The Virgin Australia Gift Voucher is available to Primary Cardholders only and provides one Virgin Australia Gift Voucher to the value of $129 (AUD) each year, in the form of a $129 travel credit in a Virgin Australia Travel Bank. You will become eligible for your $129 Virgin Australia Gift Voucher 30 days after card approval in your first year and 30 days after your card anniversary thereafter provided you have made a retail purchase as the Primary Cardholder in the 2 months prior to requesting your voucher online at online at https://virginmoney.com.au/products/credit-card/gift-voucher, your account is active and in good standing and you are a Velocity Frequent Flyer member. 33. Annual Fee  
The annual card fee is $74 for the first year, then $149 will be charged on the anniversary of your card account being opened with Virgin Money.

NAB Rewards Signature Credit Card with Velocity Points:

34. Offer commences 12 June 2024. Receive up to 90,000 Velocity Points (automatically redeemed from 180,000 NAB Rewards bonus points) by being a Velocity Frequent Flyer member, advising us of your membership number, applying whilst the offer is open, are approved for a NAB Rewards Signature Card, spend $3,000 on everyday purchases within the first 60 days and keep your card open for 12 months. The offer provides a tiered bonus point system of NAB Reward points that are automatically redeemed to Velocity Points - receive 130,000 NAB Reward points after meeting the initial spend criteria (awarded within three months of meeting the spend criteria, which will automatically be redeemed for 65,000 Velocity Points within 10 days thereafter) and an additional 50,000 NAB Reward points after 12 months (awarded within the 13th month, which will automatically be redeemed for 25,000 Velocity points within 10 days thereafter). 35. The monthly fee will be charged on the last day of your statement period each month. If you spend $5,000 or more in a statement period, your monthly fee for that statement period will be reversed. Spend includes all purchases and cash advances less any refunds or cash advance reversals. Some pending transactions may take up to 10 business days to process to your account and only transactions that are processed in that statement period will count towards the spend requirement.  

36. To be eligible to receive 10,000 bonus Velocity Points, you must (a) be a Velocity Frequent Flyer member, (b) apply for the NAB Rewards Signature credit card between 12.01am (AEST) 12 June 2023 and 11:59pm (AEST) 15 July 2024, and (c) be approved and meet the minimum spend criteria for the eligible offer associated with the individual card if the application is successful. The 10,000 bonus Points will be allocated to your Velocity account in accordance with, and subject to the Velocity membership Terms and Conditions 10-12 weeks after you meet the minimum spend criteria for the eligible offer associated with the individual card. This bonus Points offer cannot be used in conjunction with other bonus Points offers provided by Velocity Frequent Flyer in respect of Credit Cards. 38. Reduced First year Annual Card Fee: A reduced annual card fee of $95 will be charged when the card is opened and applies for the first 12 months. You will be charged the standard $195 annual card fee in the 13th month of your card account.

ANZ Rewards Platinum Credit Card with Velocity Points:

ANZ Rewards Platinum offer Terms and Conditions
Offer is for the credit card holder to receive up to 100,000 Velocity Points (70,000 Velocity Points and 30,000 Velocity Points based on card holder activity). Offer is for new credit card applicants who apply for a new ANZ Rewards Platinum Credit Card Account between 12:01am (AEDT) on 15 May 2024 and ends at 11:59pm (AEDT) on 15 November 2024. Not available in conjunction with other offers, packages or promotions, or when transferring from an existing ANZ credit card. The time it takes to process, approve an application and deliver or activate a card can vary and there may be delays. 39. 70,000 bonus Velocity Points: If approved, the card holder must activate the card, turn on Auto-Redemption with Velocity and spend at least $2000 on Eligible Purchases using the new credit card within 3 months of the date of approval. The date of approval of an application is the disclosure date specified in your Letter of Offer.  

“Eligible Purchases” means purchases which are eligible to earn ANZ Rewards Points. Some transactions and other items are not eligible purchases as they are not eligible to earn ANZ Rewards Points. For details see the ANZ Rewards - Rewards Program Terms and Conditions (PDF).

30,000 bonus Velocity Points: If approved, the card holder must retain the ANZ Rewards Platinum Credit Card Account for at least 15 months, pay the second annual card fee and have Auto Redemption with Velocity on at 15 months from the date of approval. The date of approval of an application is the disclosure date specified in your Letter of Offer.

Claiming Velocity Points: Once the card holder has met the above criteria, ANZ will send the card holder an: (i) Email to the email address listed on the card holder’s ANZ account with a link to a redemption website and the Reward Code to continue with the redemption process; or (ii) SMS to the phone number on the card holder’s  ANZ Rewards membership account with a link to a redemption website and the Reward Code to enable the card holder to continue with the redemption process.

 The redemption website is powered by Digital Glue Pty Ltd ABN 36 127 466 899. It may take up to 90 days from the eligible criteria being met to receive your SMS or email. The card holder must redeem the Reward Code for the eligibility offers before the expiry date listed in the SMS or email, otherwise the card holder will forfeit any entitlement to do so. Once the card holder has completed the redemption process on the redemption website, the Velocity Points will be credited usually within 2 business days.

 If the card holder transfers or cancels their new ANZ Rewards Platinum credit card account before they receive the SMS or email with the Reward Code and a link to the redemption website, the card holder may become ineligible for this offer. ANZ may refuse to fulfil this offer if the credit card is cancelled, suspended, transferred, or the card holder has breached either the ANZ Credit Card Conditions of Use (PDF) or the ANZ Rewards – Rewards Program Terms and Conditions (PDF) prior to the bonus Velocity Points being credited to the card holder’s Velocity account. There may be a delay in the process of receiving and/or approving an application or activating the card.

1.5 ANZ Reward Points are earned per $1 spent on eligible purchases up to and including $2,000 per statement period and 0.5 ANZ Reward Points are earned per $1 spent on eligible purchases over $2,000 per statement period. ANZ Reward Points are earned and redeemed in accordance with the ANZ Rewards – Rewards Program Terms and Conditions. Certain transactions and other items are not eligible to earn Reward Points, for details refer to the ANZ Rewards – Rewards Program Terms and Conditions. The redemption of ANZ Reward Points will be administered solely by ANZ Rewards and can take up to 5 business days to transfer into your Velocity account. For ANZ Auto-Redemption, a minimum transfer of 2,000 ANZ Reward Points and then additional multiples of 2 ANZ Reward Points applies. 40. Reduced First year Annual Card Fee: For ANZ Rewards Platinum, a total annual fee of $149 applies which includes a $94 Annual Fee and a $55 Rewards Program Service Fee. For Additional Cardholders on ANZ Rewards Platinum, an annual Additional Cardholder Fee of $10 and an annual Rewards Program Services Fee of $55 will apply per Additional Cardholder on the account.
