I use a web based email client, what do I do?
If you have tried clicking on the 'email now' link that should open your email and it doesn't work, try the following steps to ensure you have your default email reader selected.
Step 1: Open Mail
Step 2: Select mail from the top menu bar and select settings
Step 3: Select a mail client like Mail, or Microsoft Outlook as the default email reader
Step 4: Click the 'Email Now' button on the Velocity website.
Step 5: A new email should open automatically with the required fields for you to enter your details.
What if the above steps don't work
Alternatively, if the above steps do not work, you can copy and paste the following details into your existing email provider, fill out the relevant information and send to the email address provided below:

Subject: Velocity Discover Gold Trial offer
Hi there,
To apply for the Velocity Discover Gold trial please populate the below information and attach photographic evidence of your other Australian frequent flyer membership card indicating Gold Status or higher in this email.

- Check that you’re sending your application from the email address currently linked to your Velocity account.
- If you forget to attach a copy of your eligible membership card, you’ll need to re-submit the application with it.
- This promotion is not available to members that have held Status (this includes Silver, Gold and/or Platinum Status) with Velocity since April 2020.
- Send this email by Friday 17 November 2023.
