Terms & Conditions:
1. Airline Partner: For airline transfers each Points transfer from a member’s Velocity membership account must be a minimum of 5,000 Points and details for both accounts must match identically. For every 1.55 KrisFlyer miles you transfer, you will earn 1 Velocity Point. Transfers cannot be reversed once made.
 
2. Credit Card Partners: Available to Velocity members only and points earn and transfers who hold eligible cards with participating Card Partners only. For full details on points earn and transfers, including minimum Points transfer requirements and Card Partner view Terms and Conditions. The earning and redemption of Card Partner points is subject to the Terms and Conditions of the individual Card Partner reward program. Points transfers will be administered solely by the individual Card Partner and transferred Points will be available in your Velocity account subject to the Card Partner Points transfer timeframes. Once Card Partner points have been redeemed for Velocity Points, they are governed by the Velocity membership Terms and Conditions and cannot be reversed.
 
3. Hotel Partners: Available to Velocity members only and points earn and transfers who are members of eligible programs with participating hotel partners only. Individual Hotel Terms and Conditions and minimum Points transfers apply. 5. e-Rewards Sign up Bonus Points Offer Terms and Conditions

Velocity members who join e-Rewards® and link their Velocity account to their e-Rewards® member account will receive 750 bonus Velocity Points after completing their first survey. Members must complete their first survey within 90 days of enrolling to qualify for the bonus Points. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks after completing your first survey for the Points to appear in your Velocity Account. Not all e-Rewards® surveys are mobile or smart device compatible and may need to be completed on a desktop or laptop computer.
