To be eligible to receive the choice of 30,000 bonus Velocity Points or 200 Status Credits (each an ‘Exclusive Benefit’), you must

(a) be a Velocity Frequent Flyer member,

(b) make your selection of the Exclusive Benefit by visiting here between 12:01am (AEST) 12 February 2024 and 11:59pm (AEST) 31 March 2024 (“Promotion Period”) (prior to the card application) and receive a confirmation email to the nominated email address in your Velocity Frequent Flyer account,

(c) after receipt of the confirmation email, during the Promotion Period, successfully apply for any card featured on the Velocity Points Earning Credit Card page that has an annual card fee (the American Express Velocity Escape Card is not eligible for this promotion), and

The selected Exclusive Benefit will be allocated to your Velocity account within 30 days of receiving the relevant eligible offer associated with the individual card provided by the issuer of the card (Issuer). You are unable to change any Exclusive Benefit once selected and you will only be able to receive one Exclusive Benefit during this promotion. The choice of 30,000 Bonus Velocity Points or 200 Status Credits is offered by Velocity Frequent Flyer and is separate to bonus points or other eligible offers from the Issuers. 30,000 bonus Velocity Points

As long as your Velocity Frequent Flyer account remains active, the 30,000 bonus Velocity Points will be credited to your Velocity Frequent Flyer account in accordance with and subject to the Velocity membership Terms and Conditions.

200 Status Credits

200 Status Credits will be credited to your Velocity Frequent Flyer account within 30 days of receiving the relevant eligible offer associated with the individual card provided by the issuer of the card. Any Status Credits earned through this Offer are subject to expiry after 12 months from earn.  Members who have selected family pooling will have their Status Credits pooled from Contributing Accounts to the Beneficiary account. Velocity members also need to fly on Virgin Australia marketed flights to earn Eligible Sectors in addition to Status Credits to upgrade or maintain a new level of membership, for more information visit here.

The quoted redemption fare is correct as at 1 February 2024 and is subject to change. Fares are subject to availability. Points value is based on international one-way Economy Reward Seat fares with Virgin Australia and must be booked through the Velocity website. Taxes, fees and carrier charges are payable in addition to Velocity Points redeemed. A Virgin Australia carrier charge is payable per sector, per person. Virgin Australia Velocity High Flyer Card:

1. Virgin Australia Velocity High Flyer Card 80,000 bonus Velocity Points offer
Up to 80,000 bonus Velocity Points offer is available to new approved Virgin Australia Velocity High Flyer Card account holders who apply by 14 May 2024. 40,000 bonus Velocity Points will be awarded for every month $3,500 or more is spent on eligible purchases for first 2 months from card approval (spend period).  Purchases must be processed and charged to your account in the relevant month to count toward your monthly spend. 2. Earn Rates 
Standard Velocity Point earn rate on the Virgin Australia Velocity High Flyer Card is 1 Point per dollar spent on Eligible Transactions on your first $8,000 spend per monthly statement period, then 0.5 Points per dollar spent on Eligible Transactions per monthly statement period thereafter. Standard Velocity Point earn rate on the Virgin Australia Velocity Flyer Card is 0.66 Points per dollar spent on Eligible Transactions on your first $1,500 spend per monthly statement period, then 0.5 Points per dollar spent on Eligible Transactions per monthly statement period thereafter. To earn and redeem Velocity Points, you must be a Velocity Frequent Flyer member. Velocity Points are earned on Eligible Transactions only. 8. Annual Fee  
Virgin Australia Velocity Flyer Card half annual fee offer is available to new customers that apply by 14 May 2024. The annual card fee is $74 for the first year, then $149 will be charged on the anniversary of your card account being opened with Virgin Money.

American Express Velocity Platinum Card:

9. Bonus & Eligibility. Receive 100,000 bonus Velocity Points when you apply online by 15 May 2024, are approved, and spend $3,000 on eligible purchases on your new Card within the first 3 months from the Card approval date. This offer is only available to new American Express Card Members. If you are an existing David Jones Card Member and don’t hold or have previously held any other American Express Card(s) in the past 18 months, you will be eligible for the offer. All other Card Members who currently hold or who have previously held any Card product issued by American Express Australia Limited, in the preceding 18 month period are ineligible for this offer. 10. Velocity Points. As long as your account remains current and in good standing. Velocity Points are earned in accordance with the American Express Velocity Cards Points Terms and Conditions available here. Exclusions apply. Eligible purchases do not include cash advances, interest, balance transfers, fees and charges for traveller’s cheques and foreign currencies. These do not earn Velocity Points. For the full list of exclusions, please refer to the American Express Velocity Cards Points Terms and Conditions available here. Certain transactions will earn 0.5 points per dollar with Merchants classified as; 'government', including the Australian Taxation Office, the Australian Postal Corporation (Australia Post), federal/state and local government bodies. The additional Velocity Point earned per $1 spent applies only to Virgin Australia purchases made in Australia.

11. Complimentary Flight. The complimentary domestic economy Virgin Australia return flight is available between selected Australian cities and is available for booking by American Express Velocity Platinum Card Members after your first Card spend in the first year, and then after your first Card spend each year after the anniversary of your Membership. All flights are subject to availability and neither Virgin Australia nor American Express guarantee that seats or tickets will be available on the dates or at the times you may wish to fly. Seat availability may be limited to certain dates and/or flights and it may be more difficult to book seats around public holidays, school holidays or special events. Some flights may not have any seats available for redemption. Route availability is subject to change without notice. The complimentary flight is not eligible for Velocity Points and/or Status Credits earn. All travel is subject to the American Express Velocity Platinum Card Benefits Terms and Conditions and travel is subject to Virgin Australia Conditions of Carriage.

12. Virgin Australia Lounge. Two Single Entry passes to the Virgin Australia lounge will be activated on the Primary Card Member's Velocity Membership Card annually on or after each annual Card fee renewal date. Virgin Australia lounge entry passes are subject to the American Express Velocity Platinum Card Benefits Terms and Conditions.  Single entry passes are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. The Virgin Australia Lounge is operated by Virgin Australia Airlines Pty Ltd in selected domestic airports in accordance with the Virgin Australia Lounge Terms and Conditions,[HS1]  as amended from time to time. 13. Status Credits. 100 Velocity Frequent Flyer Status Credits will be awarded when you spend a minimum of $50,000 (on Eligible Spend) within your card membership year. Card membership year means 365 days from the anniversary date of your American Express Velocity Platinum Card. Eligible Spend does not include cash type purchases on a Card, for example travellers cheques and foreign currencies or any interest, fees or charges (including late payment or dishonoured payments) charged to the Card account. Please allow up to 2 weeks after you meet the minimum spend requirement for the Velocity Frequent Flyer Status Credits to be credited to your Velocity account. In addition to Status Credits, Velocity members need to fly on Virgin Australia marketed flights to earn Eligible Sectors to upgrade or maintain a level of membership. American Express Velocity Business Card:

14. Bonus & Eligibility: Offer only available to new American Express Card Members who apply for the American Express Velocity Business Card by 15 May 2024, are approved and spend $5,000 on eligible purchases on their new Card in the first two (2) months from the Card approval date. Eligible purchases do not include Card fees and charges, for example annual fees, interest, late payment, cash advances, balance transfers, traveller’s cheques and foreign currency conversion. Card Members who currently hold or who have previously held any other Card product issued by American Express Australia Limited in the preceding 18-month period are ineligible for this offer. 200,000 bonus Velocity Points will be awarded to the eligible Card Member's Account 8-10 weeks after the spend criteria has been met. $249 annual fee applies. 15. Jump to Tier 2: New American Express Velocity Business Card Members who:

a) successfully apply for the American Express Velocity Business Card by 15 May 2024 and are approved;

b) spend $5,000 on their new American Express Velocity Business Card in the first two (2) months from the Card approval date; and

c) either:

    (i) are already a Virgin Australia Business Flyer Member with a Tier 1 Level Status; or

(ii) sign-up to Virgin Australia Business Flyer within the first two (2) months from the American Express Velocity Business Card approval date are eligible to be upgraded from Tier 1 to Tier 2 Level Status of Virgin Australia Business Flyer for 12-months (Jump to Tier 2 Offer), which includes a complimentary 12-month Velocity Gold Membership. 16. Velocity Points: As long as your account remains current and in good standing, Velocity Points are earned in accordance with and subject to the Velocity American Express Cards Points Terms and Conditions, and exclusions apply. Eligible purchases do not include Card fees and charges, for example annual fees, interest, late payment, cash advances, balance transfers, traveller’s cheques and foreign currency conversion. These do not earn Velocity Points. For the full list of exclusions, please refer to the Velocity American Express Card Points Terms and Conditions. Earn 1 Point per $1 spent on eligible purchases and 2 Points per $1 spent on Virgin Australia purchases in Australia. You will earn 0.5 points per $1 spent at participating merchants classified as "government" including the Australian Taxation Office, the Australian Postal Corporation, federal/state and local government bodies. Industry specific earn rates may apply when you use a payment account, payment aggregator, services of a third party or online retailers that sell goods for another merchant. For example a payment made to Local Government bodies processed through a payment aggregator may earn rates at the government earn rate. There may be taxation implications associated with your participation in the rewards program. You are advised to consult your accountant or tax advisor to determine if there are any implications from your participation in the program.

17. Insurance: The insurance on American Express Cards is subject to terms, conditions and exclusions (such as maximum age limits, pre-existing medical conditions and cover limits). You must use your American Express Velocity Business Card to pay for your trip in order to be covered under the travel insurance and pay for eligible items for those items to be covered under the retail insurance benefits. It is important you read the American Express Velocity Business Card Insurance Terms and Conditions and consider whether the insurance is right for you. We do not provide advice about the insurance or whether it is appropriate for your objectives, financial situation or needs.

18. No pre-set spending limit: does not mean unlimited spending. Your purchases are approved based on a variety of factors, including current spending patterns, your payment history, credit records, and financial resources known to us.

19. Extend your cash flow by up to 51 days: Depending upon when you make a purchase, when your statement is issued and whether or not you are carrying forward a balance on your Account from your previous statement period. If you pay by direct debit, your payment will be processed 10 days after your statement is issued.

Westpac Altitude Black Credit Card with Velocity Points:

20. Bonus Velocity Points Promotion Altitude Black: To be eligible for up to 120,000 bonus Velocity Points, you must apply and be approved for a new Altitude Velocity Black credit card between 2 November 2023 and 31 July 2024. You will receive an initial 90,000 bonus points if you spend $6,000 or more on eligible purchases within 120 days of card approval. These will be credited to your points balance within 12 weeks of meeting this spend criteria.
You will receive an additional 30,000 bonus points if you keep your account open for more than 12 months and continue to use the card. These additional points will be credited to your points balance within 12 weeks, after the first eligible purchase is made in the second year of your card account being active.

If you do not meet the minimum spend criteria within 120 days of card approval, you forfeit the initial 90,000 bonus points only. However, you are still eligible for the additional 30,000 bonus points in the second year if you continue to use your card. Existing Westpac customers who currently hold an Earth Classic, Earth Platinum, Earth Platinum Plus, Earth Black, Altitude Classic, Altitude Platinum or Altitude Black credit card, or who have held one in the last 12 months, are not eligible for this offer. Velocity Points earned during a statement cycle are added to your Velocity Points balance on a monthly basis.

21. Rewards Points: The earning and redemption of Velocity Points are subject to the Altitude Terms and Conditions. Purchases that are not eligible to earn Rewards Points are set out in the Altitude Terms and Conditions. You do not receive points if your card account is in arrears for 2 consecutive statement cycles and in other circumstances. Refer to the Altitude Terms and Conditions for information on how you earn points on transactions. Velocity Points earned during a statement cycle are added to your respective Points balance on a monthly basis.

22. Eligible purchases do not include interest, fees and charges, cash or ATM cash advances, cash equivalent transactions, gambling transactions, a purchase from or payment to a local, state or federal government related agency, BPAY or similar transactions (such as Post Billpay), refunds and balance transfers debited from the card account.

23. Virgin Australia Domestic Lounge Passes Two complimentary single-entry Virgin Australia Domestic Lounge Passes are available to Westpac Altitude Velocity Black Mastercard cardholders each year. To be eligible, your card account must not be in arrears for more than two consecutive statement cycles in accordance with the Altitude Terms and Conditions, you must have provided Westpac with your Velocity Frequent Flyer number and you have made a direct spend with Virgin Australia every year on your Altitude Velocity Black Mastercard from your card open date. You will become eligible upon card activation in your first year and then each anniversary thereafter. Virgin Australia Lounge Passes are valid for 12 months from date of issuance and will appear on your Velocity Frequent Flyer membership account within 10 business days of meeting eligible spend. Virgin Australia lounge is operated by Virgin Australia Airlines Pty Ltd in selected domestic airport locations and entry is subject to the Westpac Altitude Velocity Black Mastercard Lounge Pass Conditions and Virgin Australia Lounge Terms and Conditions which are subject to change from time to time.

25. Altitude Velocity: In order to earn and redeem points, you must be a member of the Velocity Frequent Flyer program. An annual $75 Velocity Rewards fee applies.

Westpac Altitude Platinum Credit Card with Velocity Points:

26. Bonus Velocity Points Promotion Altitude Platinum: To be eligible for up to 80,000 bonus Velocity Points, you must apply and be approved for a new Altitude Velocity Platinum credit card between 28 February 2024 and 31 July 2024. You will receive an initial 60,000 bonus points if you spend $4,000 or more on eligible purchases within 90 days of card approval. These will be credited to your points balance within 12 weeks of meeting this spend criteria. You will receive an additional 20,000 bonus points if you keep your account open for more than 12 months and continue to use the card. These additional points will be credited to your points balance within 12 weeks, after the first eligible purchase is made in the second year of your card account being active. 

If you do not meet the minimum spend criteria within 90 days of card approval, you forfeit the initial 60,000 bonus points only. 1. By keeping or using your Westpac Altitude Velocity Platinum Card, you are agreeing to these Economy X Seat Upgrade Voucher Conditions. 

2. In these Economy X Seat Upgrade Voucher Conditions:

• Westpac means Westpac Banking Corporation ABN 33 007 457 141
• Virgin Australia means Virgin Australia Airlines Pty Ltd ABN 36 090 670 965
• you and your means the Altitude Velocity Platinum Mastercard primary cardholder with a Westpac Altitude Velocity card account
• Economy X Seat Upgrade Voucher means a single use, one-way upgrade to an Economy X seat class on an eligible Virgin Australia direct domestic flight between two selected Australian cities
• Card means the Altitude Velocity Platinum Mastercard
• Anniversary Year means the period starting on the date on which the applicable Altitude Velocity Platinum Mastercard account is opened by Westpac (Anniversary Date) and expiring on the day before the Anniversary Date each year thereafter
• Primary Cardholder means the person who opens the Altitude Velocity Platinum Mastercard with Westpac

30. Reduced First year Annual Card Fee: The discounted first year annual card fee of $99 is available when you apply and are approved for a new Altitude Velocity Platinum card between 28 February 2024 - 31 July 2024. After the first year, the $175 annual card fee applies and will be debited to your card account on the 12-month anniversary of the first transaction on your account and annually thereafter.

31. Altitude Velocity: In order to earn and redeem points, you must be a member of the Velocity Frequent Flyer program. An annual $75 Velocity Rewards fee applies.
