*Trikon Partner Terms & Conditions
Velocity has partnered with Trikon to permit businesses signed up with Trikon to earn Velocity Points for their business (Velocity Business) as follows:
a. Sign Up Offer - If your business becomes or is an existing Velocity Business member (Member), and it enters into a new contract or contract renewal with Trikon for eligible telephone system hardware (including PABX/Cloud Phone Systems) it could earn 1 Velocity Point for every $1 spent on eligible telephone system hardware.
b. Ongoing Earn - .Linked Members may also earn Velocity Points on an ongoing basis, when they spend on eligible monthly billing for ongoing access to telecommunications services with Trikon at a rate of 1 Velocity Point for every $1 spent on eligible billings. Fractions of Velocity Points will not be allocated.
New Trikon customers who sign up during semi-annual promotion events and satisfy all other applicable promotion terms and conditions may be entitled to receive 10,000 bonus Velocity Points. These promotions may be subject to minimum contract and purchase conditions and other exclusions.
Please allow up to 30 business days after completing the relevant earn activity for Velocity Points to be allocated. Velocity Points are not exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Velocity Points will not be awarded to Trikon customers who have not entered their Velocity Business account number prior to completing a relevant earn activity.

Trikon’s services and equipment are provided by Trikon Pty Ltd – ACN 124 822 591 and is subject to Trikon’s Terms & Conditions (as applicable). Trikon collects and handles your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Trikon Pty Ltd is not responsible for the redemption of Points from Velocity - please contact Velocity regarding any queries relating to the redemption of Points.
When linking business memberships to a Trikon account, certain information may be shared between both parties. Please see the Privacy Statement for more information.
Businesses can de-link or manage linked accounts at any time by contacting Trikon customer support via email on billing@trikon.com.au.
1. Earning Points with Virgin Australia Business Flyer: Virgin Australia Business Flyer Members can earn up to 1,000,000 Points from completed travel on eligible flights marketed and operated by Virgin Australia or marketed by Virgin Australia and operated by eligible airline partners, per annum, based on the rolling 12 month period from when the Member joins Virgin Australia Business Flyer. Points aren’t earned on certain fees, taxes, or charges. Virgin Australia Business Flyer Terms and Conditions apply.
2. United Airlines Business Discounts (UA Business Discounts): As at 1 November 2023, the following discounts apply to the United Airlines and Virgin Australia base fares (which excludes fees, carrier charges and taxes) of Virgin Australia marketed and United Airlines operated flights (with a VA flight number) booked by Virgin Australia Business Flyer members (Members), which may change without notice:
Business Fares:
VA Fare Class J, C and D: 10%
Economy Fares:
VA Fare Classes Y, B, W, H, K and L: 10%
VA Fare Classes R and E: 5%
Please check the Virgin Australia Business Flyer website for current discount levels. UA Business Discounts can only be booked through the Booking Portal, our Guest Contact Centre, or a registered Travel Management Company (TMC) or travel agent and are not available through the public Virgin Australia website. If your TMC or travel agent is not registered to process these UA Business Discounts, please instruct your TMC or travel agent to contact the Virgin Australia Business Flyer team businessflyer@virginaustralia.com.
UA Business Discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount and cannot be combined with any other Unpublished Fares or Promotional Fares, unless otherwise stated. UA Business Discounts do not apply to any bookings made via the Virgin Australia conference and group travel area, sale fares or other tactical fares offered from time to time, and bookings for children and infants. 3. Fare advantage discounts: The Fare Advantage Discount of 4% applies to Flex fares (L, K, H, W, B, Y class) operated and marketed by Virgin Australia and 6% applies to Business Class fares (D, C, J class) operated and marketed by Virgin Australia, and is available to Virgin Australia Business Flyer members. The Fare Advantage Discount levels are subject to change without notice. Please check our website for current discount levels. Fare Advantage Discounts can only be booked through the Booking Portal, our Guest Contact Centre, or a registered self-ticketing Travel Management Company (TMC) or travel agent and are not available through the public Virgin Australia website. 4. Thrifty Car Hire Discount: Virgin Australia Business Flyer members will receive the following benefit from Thrifty on all bookings made via the Thrifty booking portal within the Virgin Australia Business Flyer Rewards Portal or the Virgin Australia Business Flyer Booking Portal: a discount of 15-18% off the best base rate of the day on www.Thrifty.com.au (that is, the rates on the Thrifty booking portal accessed via the Virgin Australia Business Flyer Rewards Portal or the Virgin Australia Business Flyer Booking Portal).
5. Points Transfer: Virgin Australia Business Flyer Account Administrators can transfer Points earned by the Virgin Australia Business Flyer member to a Velocity Frequent Flyer member, provided that (a) there is a minimum of 3,000 Points per transfer; and (b) the Velocity Frequent Flyer member transferee is directly employed or contracted by the Virgin Australia Business Flyer member.
6. Pilot Gold: A new Virgin Australia Business Flyer member is eligible to receive two three-month Velocity Pilot Gold Memberships if, within the first three months of becoming a Virgin Australia Business Flyer member, it books and completes at least $2,000 of eligible travel (excluding taxes, fees and charges). ^Eligibility to sign up to Virgin Australia Business Flyer: Virgin Australia Business Flyer membership is available to businesses with an active ABN/ACN and an Australian business address that spend less than $300K per annum on flights with Virgin Australia and eligible airline partners.
