HungryHungry is a technolgy platform that allows food and beverage customers to order and pay at the table via a QR code, or from home via their web browser for pickup or delivery.
Any food and beverage business (for example a restaurant, bar, pub, cafe) that allows customers to dine in the venue and would like their customers to order and pay from their table, or any venue that allows their customers to order pickup and delivery online. They must have an ABN.
Click on Book a demo on HungryHungry.com in your internet browser, select "I want to know more about HungryHungry for my venue" and complete the online form, so HungryHungry can start the process for your business.
Login to your HungryHungry account

Head to Change Store Setup, select Velocity and ensure your ABN is correct and matches the ABN of your business' Velocity Points earning account.

Please allow up to 30 days for your Velocity Points to be reflected in the your business' Rewards Portal. If your Points are still not showing after 30 days, please go to the HungryHungry Help Centre https://help.hungryhungry.com and search "missing velocity points" and provide your HungryHungry account details and the details of your transaction, date and a member of the HungryHungry team will respond to you within 2 business days.
Yes. Velocity Business members can transfer Velocity Points in the Rewards Portal to the account of an eligible employee, who is also a Velocity Frequent Flyer member. Please note there is a minimum Point transfer of 3,000 Points.
To earn Velocity Points for your business, it must be a current Velocity Business member or become one within 60 days of sign up with HungryHungry. You can earn Velocity Points for your business with HungryHungry, as follows:

If you sign up your business as a new partner with HungryHungry for use of HungryHungry's food and beverage ordering platform, your business will earn 40,008 Velocity Points as a sign up bonus. These Velocity Points will be credited to the Velocity Business account associated with your ABN in 12 equal monthly installments of 3,334 points per month, over a 12 month period. If the agreement between your business and HungyHungry is cancelled, terminated or expires during this 12 month period, any remaining Velocity Points not yet credited will be forfeited.

Earn 1 Velocity Point for your business for every $1 spent on eligible service transaction fees (including GST)

*HungryHungry Partner Terms and Conditions: Velocity has partnered with HungryHungry to permit hospitality businesses signed up with HungryHungry to earn Velocity Points for their business (Velocity Business) as follows:

a) Sign Up Offer – If your hospitality business becomes or is an existing Velocity Business member (Member), and enters into a new Service Agreement with a minimum 24 month term with HungryHungry, it could earn a sign-up bonus of 3,334 Velocity Points per month over a 12-month period, provided that the account remains active. Bonus Velocity Points are credited in arrears in 12 equal monthly instalments up to a maximum of 40,008 Velocity Points. HungryHungry hospitality business partners will have 60 days after sign-up to HungryHungry to link their Velocity Business account and properly notify HungryHungry, if not already a Member.

b) Ongoing Earn – Members operating under a Service Agreement with a minimum 12 month term with HungryHungry may also earn Velocity Points on an ongoing basis, when the linked hospitality business uses the HungryHungry platform at a rate of 1 Velocity Point for every eligible $1 spent on service fees to HungryHungry (including any GST, value added tax, sales tax or similar taxes).

Please allow up to 30 business days after completing the relevant earn activity for Velocity Points to be allocated. Velocity Points are not exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

1. Earning Points with Virgin Australia Business Flyer: Virgin Australia Business Flyer Members can earn up to 1,000,000 Points from completed travel on eligible flights marketed and operated by Virgin Australia or marketed by Virgin Australia and operated by eligible airline partners, per annum, based on the rolling 12 month period from when the Member joins Virgin Australia Business Flyer. Points aren’t earned on certain fees, taxes, or charges.  Virgin Australia Business Flyer Terms and Conditions  apply.

2. United Airlines Business Discounts (UA Business Discounts): As at 1 November 2023, the following discounts apply to the United Airlines and Virgin Australia base fares (which excludes fees, carrier charges and taxes) of Virgin Australia marketed and United Airlines operated flights (with a VA flight number) booked by Virgin Australia Business Flyer members (Members), which may change without notice:

Business Fares:
VA Fare Class J, C and D: 10%

Economy Fares:
VA Fare Classes Y, B, W, H, K and L: 10%
VA Fare Classes R and E: 5%

Thrifty Car Hire Discount: Virgin Australia Business Flyer members will receive the following benefit from Thrifty on all bookings made via the Thrifty booking portal within the Virgin Australia Business Flyer Rewards Portal or the Virgin Australia Business Flyer Booking Portal: a discount of 15-18% off the best base rate of the day on www.Thrifty.com.au (that is, the rates on the Thrifty booking portal accessed via the Virgin Australia Business Flyer Rewards Portal or the Virgin Australia Business Flyer Booking Portal).

5. Points Transfer: Virgin Australia Business Flyer Account Administrators can transfer Points earned by the Virgin Australia Business Flyer member to a Velocity Frequent Flyer member, provided that (a) there is a minimum of 3,000 Points per transfer; and (b) the Velocity Frequent Flyer member transferee is directly employed or contracted by the Virgin Australia Business Flyer member.

6. Pilot Gold: A new Virgin Australia Business Flyer member is eligible to receive two three-month Velocity Pilot Gold Memberships if, within the first three months of becoming a Virgin Australia Business Flyer member, it books and completes at least $2,000 of eligible travel (excluding taxes, fees and charges).
