In order to be eligible, your business must be a current Velocity Business member or become one. You can earn Velocity Points for your business with Till Payments, as follows:

Sign-Up Bonus: If your business is a current Velocity Business member or becomes one within 60 days of becoming a Till Payments customer, you sign up your business as a Till Payments merchant for a 3-year contract and transact a minimum of $20,000 in the first month through the relevant Till product, your business will be eligible to earn 50,000 Velocity Points.^{^}

On-Going Earn: If your business transacts a minimum of $10,000/month and is signed up to the Pay nil with Till offering and associated 1.65% MSF, your business will be eligible to earn 1 Velocity Point for every $25 transacted on any Till product held under your business' Till account.^{^}
Yes, you can earn Velocity Points for your business across all Till products, as long as you are signed up to the Pay nil with Till offer and meet the other offer requirements.
Please allow up to 30 days from the date the merchant billing statement is provided for the month following the earn for your Velocity Points to be visible in your business' Rewards Portal. Please submit a request via the Till Payments website if you have any further issues.
Yes. Velocity Business members can transfer Velocity Points in their business' Rewards Portal to the account of an eligible employee, who is also a Velocity Frequent Flyer member. Please note there is a minimum Points transfer of 3,000 Points.
To earn Velocity Points for your business, your business must be a current Velocity Business member or become one. You can earn Velocity Points for your business with Till Payments, as follows:

Velocity has partnered with Till Payments to enable businesses who are members of Velocity Business (Members), and:

· who take up any Till payment products (Till Customers); or

· who sign-up customers to Till payment products (Till Partners),

to earn Velocity Points for their business (Velocity Business) on Till transactions.

Till Customer Offers

Till Customers are eligible for the following offers:

Sign Up Offer (Till Customers)

a) Till Customers who are not a Till Payments customer as at 15^th January 2024 and take up a Till product directly via Till Payments, can earn a sign-up bonus of 50,000 Velocity Points, if they:

i. join Velocity Business or link their existing Velocity Business account to their Till account within 60 days of taking out a product with Till;

ii. sign-up for a 3-year contract with Till Payments for the relevant Till product; and

iii. transact a minimum of $20,000 net (Excluding Amex and Diners) in the first month.

b) If the Member meets the above requirements, the sign-up bonus Velocity Points will be credited to the Member’s Velocity Business account when their merchant billing statement is provided in the following month.

c) Bonus points are only credited once per Velocity Business Member ID.

Ongoing Earn (Till Customers)

a) All new and existing Till Customers who:

i. link their Velocity Business and Till accounts; and

ii. sign up for / are signed up for the Pay nil with Till surcharge offer and associated 1.65% MSF, $10,000/month minimum transaction value and conditions which can be found here,

will, from the date of terminal delivery for in-person products, and from the date of credential delivery for online products, earn 1 Velocity for every $25 transacted when signed up to the Pay nil with Till surcharge offer.

b) The total Points awarded is calculated by applying the Velocity Points earn rate to the number of net (excluding Amex and Diners) $AUD transacted through Till products. For example a total of $1000 transacted through Till products would earn 40 Velocity Points. The minimum number of Velocity Points that can be earned is 1. Fractions of Velocity Points will not be allocated.

c) Points will be calculated on the last day of each month and credited to the Member’s Velocity Business account when their merchant billing statement is provided for the month following.

Velocity Points are not exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Membership Terms and Conditions apply. Personal information will be collected and handled by Velocity in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Till products are issued by Till Payments Pty Ltd (ABN 64 160 726 349) and are subject to Till’s Terms and Conditions (as applicable). Till collects and handles your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Till Payments is not responsible for the redemption of Points from Velocity - please contact Velocity regarding any queries relating to the redemption of Points. All new Till Customers are subject to approval and AML/KYC checks.

Till Customers and Till Partners can de-link their Velocity Business account or manage their linked accounts at any time via their Till account.

1. Earning Points with Virgin Australia Business Flyer: Virgin Australia Business Flyer Members can earn up to 1,000,000 Points from completed travel on eligible flights marketed and operated by Virgin Australia or marketed by Virgin Australia and operated by eligible airline partners, per annum, based on the rolling 12 month period from when the Member joins Virgin Australia Business Flyer. United Airlines Business Discounts (UA Business Discounts): As at 1 November 2023, the following discounts apply to the United Airlines and Virgin Australia base fares (which excludes fees, carrier charges and taxes) of Virgin Australia marketed and United Airlines operated flights (with a VA flight number) booked by Virgin Australia Business Flyer members (Members), which may change without notice:

5. Points Transfer: Virgin Australia Business Flyer Account Administrators can transfer Points earned by the Virgin Australia Business Flyer member to a Velocity Frequent Flyer member, provided that (a) there is a minimum of 3,000 Points per transfer; and (b) the Velocity Frequent Flyer member transferee is directly employed or contracted by the Virgin Australia Business Flyer member.

6. Pilot Gold: A new Virgin Australia Business Flyer member is eligible to receive two three-month Velocity Pilot Gold Memberships if, within the first three months of becoming a Virgin Australia Business Flyer member, it books and completes at least $2,000 of eligible travel (excluding taxes, fees and charges).
