Sniip is a free mobile app for iOS and Android that allows you to pay your bills, all in the one place. Sniip supports all payment methods and bank networks, meaning you can pay with whichever card or bank you like, for any bill* you have to pay (that accepts BPAY).

Anyone can use Sniip. However, in order to earn Velocity Points for your business via Sniip, a valid ABN/ACN is required to be added under ‘Loyalty’ in the Sniip app.
Only selected payment methods are eligible for Velocity Points for your business via Sniip:

You can currenlty make payments to almost every Australian biller* that offers a BPAY Biller Code and Reference Number.

*Some BPAY Billers are blocked due to falling within a restricted industry e.g. gambling, share trading etc.
To create an account, download the Sniip app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Once downloaded, tap ‘sign up’.

You can sign up using your Facebook, Apple or Google account, or your email. Select how you want to sign up and follow the prompts

Make sure to enter your ABN/ACN under ‘Loyalty’ once you sign-up, in order to link your Virgin Australia Business Flyer account to Sniip.

You will be required to validate a mobile number as this is required by our banking partners and we may need this to contact you in the case of returned payments.
Login to the Sniip app

Select ‘Loyalty’ from the menu options and tap, ‘Add membership’

Select ‘Virgin Australia Business Flyer’ from the available options

Enter in the ABN associated with your Virgin Australia Business Flyer account to link

Make sure Virgin Australia Business Flyer is set up as your Default Bonus Points account and you will automatically earn Velocity Points for your business each time you pay a bill via the Sniip app.
Points will appear in the ‘Loyalty’ section of the Sniip app, as well as in your Points Activity Statement in the Virgin Australia Business Flyer Rewards Portal.
If you cannot link your account via your ABN/ACN in the Bonus Points section of the Sniip app, please contact customercare@sniip.com with your registered email address/phone number details of the issue and a screenshot of the error message you are receiving if possible, so that Sniip can investigate the issue.
Please allow up to seven (7) days for your Velocity Points to be reflected in the Virgin Australia Business Flyer Rewards Portal. If your Points are still not showing after seven (7) days, please email customercare@sniip.com with your Sniip account details and the date of payment.
If you have linked your Virgin Australia Business Flyer account to your Sniip account and made Virgin Australia Business Flyer your Default Bonus Points account, you will automatically earn Velocity Points for your business each time you pay a bill with Sniip.

To redeem these Velocity Points for your business, you can then transfer these to your Velocity Frequent Flyer account, or any other Velocity Frequent Flyer account linked to your Virgin Australia Business Flyer account through the Virgin website or your Virgin app.
If your credit card is a Velocity Frequent Flyer Points earning credit card, you will earn Velocity Points on both the bill amount and the processing fee to your Velocity Frequent Flyer account.

Plus, you earn Velocity Points on the bill amount to your Virgin Australia Business account using Sniip at 1 point per AU$10.

Unfortunately, as DEFT payments don’t allow Sniip to identify the final payment recipient, they are not currently approved by Amex.

The Promoter is Sniip Ltd (ABN 86 161 862 068) of Level 1, 79 Hope Street, South Brisbane, Queensland 4101. Virgin Australia Airlines Pty Ltd, nor any of its related bodies corporate, are promoters. ^Sniip Partner Terms & Conditions

Earn 1 Velocity Point for your business for every $10 in bill payments transacted on your Sniip account by using an Eligible Payment Method. The total Velocity Points awarded is calculated by applying the Points earn rate of 1 Velocity Point per $10. For example, a bill payment of $100 would earn 10 Velocity Points. Fractions of Velocity Points will not be allocated as spend will be rounded down to the closest $10 increment. Velocity Points will not be awarded to Sniip customers who have not entered their Virgin Australia Business Flyer account number prior to completing a payment. Restricted /prohibited industries apply, see Sniip Terms and Conditions for more information. Eligible Payment Methods are any payments made with a valid Australian-issued debit Visa or Mastercard, Visa or Mastercard credit cards, American Express - corporate and business cards (excluding personal American Express Cards), and Diners Club cards. Payments made with personal American Express cards, bank account payments, prepaid cards, Crypto.com cards and international/overseas issued debit and credits cards are not eligible to earn Velocity Points.

New Sniip customers who successfully register their ABN with a Sniip account, sign-up for and link their Sniip account to their Virgin Australia Business Flyer account and transact a minimum of $20,000 within the first 30 days of registration will receive 20,000 bonus Velocity Points ( “Bonus Points”). The Bonus Points offer is available to new Sniip customers only. Existing Sniip customers are ineligible for this offer. Bonus Points will not be awarded to users who have not entered the relevant Bonus Code and their linked their Virgin Australia Business Flyer account to Sniip, prior to meeting the minimum spend requirement.

Velocity Points will be awarded to the nominated Virgin Australia Business Flyer account, which is linked to the relevant Sniip account at the time of the relevant earn activity. Velocity Points will be allocated to the member’s account within 30 business days of completing the relevant earn activity, unless otherwise stated in connection with a specific campaign. Velocity Points are not exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.

To earn Velocity Points, your business must be a current Virgin Australia Business Flyer member. Membership and Velocity Points earn is subject to the Virgin Australia Business Flyer and Velocity membership Terms and Conditions, and any changes to the Member benefits and features, including Velocity Points earn with Sniip, will be governed by those Terms and Conditions. Velocity collects and handles your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, and Virgin Australia Business Flyer collects and handles your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

The Sniip payment platform service is provided by Sniip Ltd ABN 86 161 862 068. Sniip does not hold an Australian Financial Services Licence (“AFSL”). Non-cash payment facilities are issued by Sniip pursuant to an intermediary authorisation agreement between Sniip and Flexewallet Pty Ltd ACN 164 657 032 (AFSL 448066) (“Flexewallet”). Under that agreement, Flexewallet offers to arrange for the relevant product to be issued by Sniip pursuant to an intermediary authorisation for the purposes of section 911A(2)(b) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth). If you link your Virgin Australia Business Flyer membership to your Sniip account, Sniip will share some of your personal information with Virgin Australia Business Flyer. Virgin Australia Business Flyer and Sniip may use your personal information for purposes related to your linked accounts, including to: (a) confirm that you are a Virgin Australia Business Flyer member, (b) link your accounts, and (c) allow you to access details about your Virgin Australia Business Flyer account, such as your membership number, from within your Sniip account.

You can de-link or manage your linked accounts at any time through your profile in your Sniip account settings.

Virgin Australia Business Flyer membership is available to businesses with an active ABN/ACN and an Australian business address that spend less than $300K per annum on flights with Virgin Australia and eligible airline partners. 1. Earning Points with Virgin Australia Business Flyer: Virgin Australia Business Flyer Members can earn up to 1,000,000 Points from completed travel on eligible flights marketed and operated by Virgin Australia or marketed by Virgin Australia and operated by eligible airline partners, per annum, based on the rolling 12 month period from when the Member joins Virgin Australia Business Flyer. United Airlines Business Discounts (UA Business Discounts): As at 1 November 2023, the following discounts apply to the United Airlines and Virgin Australia base fares (which excludes fees, carrier charges and taxes) of Virgin Australia marketed and United Airlines operated flights (with a VA flight number) booked by Virgin Australia Business Flyer members (Members), which may change without notice:

VA Fare Class J, C and D: 10%

Economy Fares:
VA Fare Classes Y, B, W, H, K and L: 10%
VA Fare Classes R and E: 5%

Thrifty Car Hire Discount: Virgin Australia Business Flyer members will receive the following benefit from Thrifty on all bookings made via the Thrifty booking portal within the Virgin Australia Business Flyer Rewards Portal or the Virgin Australia Business Flyer Booking Portal: a discount of 15-18% off the best base rate of the day on www.Thrifty.com.au (that is, the rates on the Thrifty booking portal accessed via the Virgin Australia Business Flyer Rewards Portal or the Virgin Australia Business Flyer Booking Portal).

5. Points Transfer: Virgin Australia Business Flyer Account Administrators can transfer Points earned by the Virgin Australia Business Flyer member to a Velocity Frequent Flyer member, provided that (a) there is a minimum of 3,000 Points per transfer; and (b) the Velocity Frequent Flyer member transferee is directly employed or contracted by the Virgin Australia Business Flyer member.

6. Pilot Gold: A new Virgin Australia Business Flyer member is eligible to receive two three-month Velocity Pilot Gold Memberships if, within the first three months of becoming a Virgin Australia Business Flyer member, it books and completes at least $2,000 of eligible travel (excluding taxes, fees and charges).
