The Promoter is Sniip Ltd (ABN 86 161 862 068) of Level 1, 79 Hope Street, South Brisbane, Queensland 4101. Virgin Australia Airlines Pty Ltd, nor any of its related bodies corporate, are promoters. The Promotion commences at 12.01am (AEST) on 1 August 2024 and ends at 11.59pm (AEST) on 15 September 2024 (Promotion Period). Entry is open to businesses. Australian residents (individuals) (excluding residents from South Australia) who are 18 years or over who are properly authorised by the business can enter on behalf of the business and businesses eligible to enter must be a legitimate, registered user of the Sniip app; hold a Virgin Australia Business Flyer membership; have a current Virgin Australia Business Flyer account that has been connected to their Sniip profile prior to their bill payment; transact a minimum of $1,000 (net of transaction fees, Sniip rewards and credits) in a single transaction during the Promotion Period on an eligible payment method (excluding payment methods not eligible for this promotion; and not request a chargeback or a refund with the Promoter that includes their Entry transaction. Employees and immediate family members of the Promoter and suppliers, providers and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter on behalf of any company. One entry per eligible transaction over $1,000 will be allocated to all Eligible Entrants who meet the competition terms. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of each entry, this includes requesting User Verification in line with the Terms and Conditions of the Sniip app. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any person/s who does not comply with these Terms and Conditions or is deemed to be fraudulent in breach of the Sniip app Terms and Conditions. The Promoter is offering each valid Entry the chance to win a Prize. The prize consists of one million (1,000,000) Velocity Points for your business to be allocated through Virgin Australia Business Flyer. There is one (1) x one million (1,000,000) Velocity Points prize for your business to be allocated through Virgin Australia Business Flyer. The Prize Draw will take place via electronic draw at 11.30am (AEST) on Monday 16 September 2024 at Sniip Ltd, Level 1/79 Hope Street, South Brisbane, QLD 4005. Within two (2) business days of the Prize Draw, the Promoter will notify each Prize Winner by: i. telephone, at the telephone number registered with the Promoter; ii. email, at the email registered with the Promoter; iii. Earn 1 Velocity Point for your business for every $10 in bill payments transacted on your Sniip account by using an Eligible Payment Method. The total Velocity Points awarded is calculated by applying the Points earn rate of 1 Velocity Point per $10. For example, a bill payment of $100 would earn 10 Velocity Points. Fractions of Velocity Points will not be allocated as spend will be rounded down to the closest $10 increment. Velocity Points will not be awarded to Sniip customers who have not entered their Virgin Australia Business Flyer account number prior to completing a payment. Restricted /prohibited industries apply, see Sniip Terms and Conditions for more information. Eligible Payment Methods are any payments made with a valid Australian-issued debit Visa or Mastercard, Visa or Mastercard credit cards, American Express - corporate and business cards (excluding personal American Express Cards), and Diners Club cards. Payments made with personal American Express cards, bank account payments, prepaid cards, Crypto.com cards and international/overseas issued debit and credits cards are not eligible to earn Velocity Points.
New Sniip customers who successfully register their ABN with a Sniip account, sign-up for and link their Sniip account to their Virgin Australia Business Flyer account and transact a minimum of $20,000 within the first 30 days of registration will receive 20,000 bonus Velocity Points ( “Bonus Points”). The Bonus Points offer is available to new Sniip customers only. Existing Sniip customers are ineligible for this offer. Bonus Points will not be awarded to users who have not entered the relevant Bonus Code and their linked their Virgin Australia Business Flyer account to Sniip, prior to meeting the minimum spend requirement.
Velocity Points will be awarded to the nominated Virgin Australia Business Flyer account, which is linked to the relevant Sniip account at the time of the relevant earn activity. Velocity Points will be allocated to the member’s account within 30 business days of completing the relevant earn activity, unless otherwise stated in connection with a specific campaign. Velocity Points are not exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
To earn Velocity Points, your business must be a current Virgin Australia Business Flyer member. Membership and Velocity Points earn is subject to the Virgin Australia Business Flyer and Velocity membership Terms and Conditions, and any changes to the Member benefits and features, including Velocity Points earn with Sniip, will be governed by those Terms and Conditions. Velocity collects and handles your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, and Virgin Australia Business Flyer collects and handles your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
The Sniip payment platform service is provided by Sniip Ltd ABN 86 161 862 068. Sniip does not hold an Australian Financial Services Licence (“AFSL”). Non-cash payment facilities are issued by Sniip pursuant to an intermediary authorisation agreement between Sniip and Flexewallet Pty Ltd ACN 164 657 032 (AFSL 448066) (“Flexewallet”). Under that agreement, Flexewallet offers to arrange for the relevant product to be issued by Sniip pursuant to an intermediary authorisation for the purposes of section 911A(2)(b) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth). The Sniip payment platform is subject to the Sniip Terms and Conditions (as applicable). Sniip collects and handles your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Sniip Ltd is not responsible for the redemption of Velocity Points - please contact Velocity regarding any queries relating to the redemption of Points.

If you link your Virgin Australia Business Flyer membership to your Sniip account, Sniip will share some of your personal information with Virgin Australia Business Flyer. Virgin Australia Business Flyer and Sniip may use your personal information for purposes related to your linked accounts, including to: (a) confirm that you are a Virgin Australia Business Flyer member, (b) link your accounts, and (c) allow you to access details about your Virgin Australia Business Flyer account, such as your membership number, from within your Sniip account.
You can de-link or manage your linked accounts at any time through your profile in your Sniip account settings.

Virgin Australia Business Flyer membership is available to businesses with an active ABN/ACN and an Australian business address that spend less than $300K per annum on flights with Virgin Australia and eligible airline partners. The business cannot be a Superannuation fund, travel agent, travel management company, travel wholesaler, air travel consolidator or anyone re-selling air travel. 1. Earning Points with Virgin Australia Business Flyer: Virgin Australia Business Flyer Members can earn up to 1,000,000 Points from completed travel on eligible flights marketed and operated by Virgin Australia or marketed by Virgin Australia and operated by eligible airline partners, per annum, based on the rolling 12 month period from when the Member joins Virgin Australia Business Flyer. 2. United Airlines Business Discounts (UA Business Discounts): As at 1 November 2023, the following discounts apply to the United Airlines and Virgin Australia base fares (which excludes fees, carrier charges and taxes) of Virgin Australia marketed and United Airlines operated flights (with a VA flight number) booked by Virgin Australia Business Flyer members (Members), which may change without notice:

Economy Fares:

4. Thrifty Car Hire Discount: Virgin Australia Business Flyer members will receive the following benefit from Thrifty on all bookings made via the Thrifty booking portal within the Virgin Australia Business Flyer Rewards Portal or the Virgin Australia Business Flyer Booking Portal: a discount of 15-18% off the best base rate of the day on www.Thrifty.com.au (that is, the rates on the Thrifty booking portal accessed via the Virgin Australia Business Flyer Rewards Portal or the Virgin Australia Business Flyer Booking Portal).
5. Points Transfer: Virgin Australia Business Flyer Account Administrators can transfer Points earned by the Virgin Australia Business Flyer member to a Velocity Frequent Flyer member, provided that (a) there is a minimum of 3,000 Points per transfer; and (b) the Velocity Frequent Flyer member transferee is directly employed or contracted by the Virgin Australia Business Flyer member.
6. Pilot Gold: A new Virgin Australia Business Flyer member is eligible to receive two three-month Velocity Pilot Gold Memberships if, within the first three months of becoming a Virgin Australia Business Flyer member, it books and completes at least $2,000 of eligible travel (excluding taxes, fees and charges).
